This is mind-boggling! Dolce & Gabbana Crocodile Coat With Beaver Fur Trim $330,000 Style/Moda Operandi
^^^ Oh please Dolce & Gabbanna! Was the croc fed caviar everyday with diamond encrusted gold spoons?! This is just ridiculous especially as it's not even nice. Some can say this is downright ugly. I'd rather get a rolls-royce but I wouldn't be shocked if it sells tbh.
never thought Dolce & Gabbana would reaching that point of price. The coat is absolutely fabulous tho.
I too think the coat is gorgeous. It's one of the very few pieces that caught my eye when I was going through the collection. The price of course is obsene but I bet the coat will sell. The duo has to pay for their legal expenses somehow.
Didn't they win the lawsuit? When the state sues someone for alleged tax aversion and loses, the state usually has to pick up the bill... gosh, it would be so unfair otherwise. I think the prices are what they are simply because that is how much their customers are willing to pay. D&G are obviously not making this coat to sell 10 000. I can imagine that if a lot of women could afford the coat, it would put the riches customers off buying it. Exclusivity and all that...
i love the coat... ... i had to do some shopping for a project last year and checked almost every single dress in barneys ny and since i don't usually look at some of these brands for myself, i got a big surprise when i checked dolce... easily some of the priciest stuff in there... and that was for their usual lacy dresses... but, it has to be said, the construction was reminiscent of vintage dior... i have a new respect for them ever since then...
I don't how accurate Farfetch is in term of prices because I think they use boutique prices but I remember seeing a Fendi mink coat (100% mink and 100% silk I'm pretty sure??? Definitely 100% mink though) that was approximately 2.4 million AUD. I couldn't believe my eyes!

Fabiana Fillippi are selling a plain white v-neck t-shirt in my town for 8000 NOK. Thats is about 1000 USD. HOW? I can understand why Balmain can sell t-shirts at that price, but FF is not famous like Balmain. I couldn't find a picture, but just picture any plain t-shirt in your mind...
