yep. she rejected that millenium trilogy in january,so her calendar is bleak, just promotions for her movies this year and BD in november. k-11 is off (and i think this time, really off-off which is weird cus they started on pre-production last summer but somehow it got all shut off, but since not even Rob could save Unbound Captives financially wise in this time, it's reasonable KStew couldn't either).

I wonder why she would reject it.

I don't know. The media always made it look like Nikki had something going on with Robert and then Kristen and Nikki like fought over him which made them stop being friends but that was the media story. Maybe somebody knows more?

cus she didn't want to be typecasted once again?
cus she thought Swedish version was amazing and making another movie on the same script just to suit the boxoffice which doesn't prefer foreign movies (and with this behavior will continue with the ignorance) is a dumb idea?

K-11 went into pre-production last summer, and both Nikki and Kristen confirmed on separate occasions they're going to do it in Jan 2010 (menaning signed the deal and all), but as the promos of the NM came to an end Nikki said she's leaving with her family and going to Greece for awhile meaning there was a sudden change and financers backed off the project. Nikki and Kristen aren't BFF's anymore, but business is business and my guess K-11 was the only reason why they are on any terms since Kristen's with Rob (Nikki fed the paps and Lainey with the story about her and Rob hooking up, but she was also close friend of MA so it could go both ways why their friendship went downhill.)

same thing goes for Unbound Captives, identical. even Rob went into pre-production of the project to learn around the beginning of the Dec. financers backed off too. it's rough time in the industry and my guess is that UC are going to get picked up if Rob does well boxoffice wise with RM and Hugh continues with his hype on his own.

And I think she wanted to do it in the first place because her and Nikki were so close. Well who knows. Maybe it will still happen one days.

bare in mind K-11 is her mother's first movie, meaning she'd go over everything probably for her, Nikki's irrelevant when you look at from that perspective. if everything between these two went downhill then there would be no talk about it after NM wrapped and there was a full on pre-production after that.

i said this in KStew's thread weeks ago, as soon as the sundance started she's again going into full-promo promo and will be till july, sundance- TYH- London- NY - Oscars - TR - LA - NY - then there will be DL for few weeks - then WTTR's promos starting - Eclipse Promo

Rob's the one who'll be doing movies in the meanwhile meaning he'll be on DL till Eclipse promo starts.

My guess is that she's gonna go to UK by the end of March, and he'll be from April/May back in the USA for awhile then (summer filming, Eclipse promos).

MTV UNCUT interview, it's the only promo for TYH i watched, that's why i remembered.
