(NEW YORK) Yet again,
chez Calvin Klein has a multipronged, multiple-brand m
élange of ad campaigns shot by a dream team of shutterbugs in store for Spring 2012.
First up in the quintet of campaigns: Calvin Klein Collection, shot in B&W by
Mert Alas and
Marcus Piggot at Villa Teman in St. John, showcasing
Lara Stone and
Tyson Ballou flaunting the white wares. Stone continues her CK reign, five years after debuting on the minimalist brand's catwalk and two years after premiering in Klein's ads.
In their iconic skivvies department,
Calvin Klein Underwear rolled out its first punchily hued Bold collection. Steven Klein shot a scantily clad cadre of hard bodies—personal trainer
Matthew Terry alongside models
Myles Crosby, Arran Sly and
Chris Garavaglia—at California's lore-filled Joshua Tree. Terry nabbed the opportunity to be the face (or body, perhaps more accurately) of CK's Bold underpinnings as well as the brand's Jeans campaign after winning the latest VMAN/Ford Model Search.
For
Calvin Klein Jeans' latest, Terry flexed his inaugural modeling muscles
avec fellow Bold bodies Crosby and Sly, Stone, as well as German beauty
Toni Garrn and
Joan Smalls. The vibrant drainpipes were shot sans shirts against a rocky backdrop on St. Barts' Guanahani Beach, by Mert and Marcus.
The phenom photog duo also shot the label's
ck Calvin Klein looks in St. Barts, starring Stone, Crosby, and
Liu Wen. The latter is making her sophomore CK ad effort, after gracing Spring 2011 ads. Finally,
Calvin Klein swimwear was shot on
Lily Donaldson and
Danny Beauchamp in Utah's Canyon Point by
Sebastian Kim, rounding out the Spring 2012 docket of sexy CK ad splendor. The five campaigns were cooked up by the brand's in-house creative direction, along with the consulting prowess of
Fabien Baron for all but Kim's shoot.
