^ i did feel bad for the italians although prior the game, i hate their guts, that they are carrying

i respect Buffon a lot tho, he acted like a true gentleman

i just wish balotelli could cope with his "emotions" better

Buffon acted really well after the match. He was a true fair play master, taking the time to console his team mates and shook the hands of the spaniards. Rough for him, who has had by far one of the most amazing careers a footballer can ever dream of. respect to buffon!

As for Balotelli, he's still a kid at heart it seems. Definitely some anger management issues as seen throughout the tournament.

Yeah thats why I respect him. As the captain, he must felt bad about losing too, however, he didnt show his anger like the way Balotelli did. I think its very cute that he comforted his teammates and even the coach after the match, no wonder he's the captain.

Balotelli is still a kid indeed, lets hope that he will learn how to manage his feelings in a better way as time flies. He looked pretty irritated during the match and depressed after the match.

couldn't keep up with the pace of the competition.

Pirlo was the best for me. he kept his team in the competition
orchestrating the offence and defense. masterful.

but with the spanish,
even if Xavi had a bad game, there was iniesta to pull the strings
or Xabi alonso to make the killer passes
even Busquets is capable of the finding the opening

I'm soooo happy mainly for Vicente del Bosque coach. He is a humble and excellent person and deserves it. The only coach in the world who has won the world championship, the european championship and the champions (twice with the Real Madrid). When i think that Real Madrid dismissed him by the back door alleging lack of personality...

And i agree with all who say Spain bores, here in Spain we are all so bored... of winning ...muhahaha !

I wish their coach did it better with the changes, but once the score was 2-0 was so complicated.

I don't think they played badly, but Spain was pretty better. I'm very happy and also for all the people who joked about: Germany or Italy will pissed our team. Well, there you have it. B)

And i agree with all who say Spain bores, here in Spain we are all so bored... of winning ...muhahaha !

I love del Bosque too, he is one of the greatest coaches ever

He surely is a humble man, and he is really calm lol. Like, when his team scores, he only claps his hands but not jumping up and down like others.

I actually think Italy was pretty good and 'defensive' at the beginning. However, its obvious that they lost their 'energies' after Silva scored the 1st goal. Its A FINAL MATCH, so perhaps they took the 1st goal too seriously and got nervous. and then when Spain reached 2, the result was sealed.

The Italians lost their 'shine' and I think they all looked pretty exhausted. To make it worse, Motta pulled his hamstrings and couldnt play.

Maybe the Italians didnt have much time to have a good rest after their game vs Germany... I dont know. Spain was too amazing

tbh, from another perspective, i don't know how good would it be for the general image of the UEFA if Italy, whose team is in the middle of all kinds of police investigations, won. not saying that the ref did anything wrong (he did good) or that spain wasn't better a lot, i just don't think it would be too good for a euro winning team to have impending jail time cloud over their head. esp if someone actually went into court of all these players right after they (could've) won. it raises a lot of questions...
