UK Vogue March 2014 : Daria Werbowy by Mario Testino

I can't understand how can someone not like Daria being on the cover. She's one of the coolest models and always photographs so well. And I'm the minority here but I love her nose ring. Makes me want to have one, too.

She used to photograph well, there used to be something behind her eyes, now it's just bland.

It's just an OK cover, a little cheap looking. I actually REALLY like the nose ring. The content, as usual, is an utter bore. No one wonder I never buy their issues.

The cover is ugly, too messy and the layout is disgusting.

I'm just wowed by the amount of work Daria is getting. Six campaigns this season (six!), a US Bazaar cover in February, a March UK Vogue cover (she got Vogue UK September too...). Incredible.

Except the boring cover and boring ed by Kate Moss, i think it's really a good issue. And sure Sam Rollinson deserves a cover. She's beautiful !!! I love the "planet earth" ed

My first reaction to this cover was 'where is the glamour?'. Daria looks beautiful and I like seeing her au naturel but this is not creative in the slightest. The colours don't really work together nicely; it's just a very flat shot and the text overload is not helping. It also looks too summery for March, in my opinion.

The Mert & Marcus ed looks really promising. I'm pretty sure there is going to be at least one image in there that would make a much better cover.

I'm disappointed at how uneventful Daria's story by Mert & Marcus is, and to be honest I don't think there is a shot which is right for the cover. I'm not even motivated over the fact Kate Moss styled the shoot. The story is too literal for me and Daria doesn't suit the wigs and makeup throughout.
