agreed, Sam12. and CC, you need to just chill out a bit. i can definitely understand why you're pissed off. this really should have been Adriana's year, not Heidi's. but you can stop with your not-so-subtle digs at KK. they're relentless in both this thread and her's. you don't need to knock her to pipe up Adriana. everyone agrees that Adriana was robbed of the attention that she truly did deserve this year.

i missed the show, but i'll catch it in an hour when it's on one of the west-coast channels. from the sounds of things, it seems like it wasn't as much of an improvement as we were all hoping for! booooooo!

the problem then, MUST be with the editing. because from all of the pics, this year SHOULD have been amaaazing!

I cant see how adriana's attention was stolen, it still pretty much was her show if you rewatch it (And I did) she got to speak in the opening, she appeared (TWICE) int he first segment (Which she OPENED) and she wore the fantasy bra, all of that is pretty gold for me, and heidi? I cant even remember any outfits she wore.

Seriously you guys I am not even exited about what they may bring next year. Like it's been two great dissapoinments in a row.. I agree with Sam12, there is just no magic... they have not been able to top past great shows.

i agree that the show really didn't live up to the hype...it felt incredibly short and when it was over i felt like i almost wasted my time, and the only reason i say almost is because i loved seeing my favorite models...i think to the average person who isn't interested in models, the show was boring- at least that's the feeling i got when i watched it with my roommate.
but lara was just God awful...she has the body, but she lacks the face, presence, and walk for vs...and i love her in fashion but she was just all wrong for this
the pink section was adorable, especially behati
i love the ballet section, especially doutzen, dri looked great, as did miranda, emanuela and some other girls...but that's it for me, some of the music felt off, usher has fallen off so i wasn't interested in him, overall it was a huge letdown.

I kinda do agree with you. It really was her show, I mean she had the bra, the got to be in the very oppening, she got to return to the runway and walk off it with Usher. I am sorry, and I think this may start some controversy, but I don't think that you can put her as a show's host or something like that because she has a very strong accent and it's just not appealing, I am not saying that Heidi is the most appropriate either, but I don't think Adri is either.

I think that the show def featured her, however, they could have done it a little bit more..!

cool! well, as i said, i haven't seen it yet, so i was just going by what CC has been saying for the past couple days. i think her disappointment has extended beyond just this show, and had to do with Adriana's press all week.

One thing I notice Heidi can't stand someone wearing the fantsy bra that she feels is any kind of threat. The only times was in 2005, and 2008 Gisele and Adriana wear the fantasy bra wasn't hardly spoke about was worn and kept quite..and 2005 was all about Heidi haveing babies, and 2008 now was all about Heidi's big bow....(which was originally worn by Adriana) it's like anyone (gisele and adriana) who she felt threatned her top spot she does anything in her power to take that spotlight away! In 2006 and 2007 she most likely dind't feel that way because she wasn't threatned by Karolina, or Selita like she would be Gi and Dri...I think she's a pathetic excuse for a human being really.

CC I highly doubt any of the angels have that kind of pull.
Heidi especially, if any of the Angels that VS ever had, I would've thought Gisele would've been the media succubus, but we all know how that story goes.
I mean I really don't even see heidi in the catalogs at all.

Clara Alonso, looked absolutely beautiful, i had no idea who she was until i saw the show and i'm glad she was in it. She fits VS perfectly, i kept looking at her saying who is that girl? Very sultry face. I think i have a new model crush

yea, cause 3 minutes for a model who is next to lead angel isn't pathetic...

I say that about Heidi because I can't stand her as a person, and what she does to get attention sickens me. So I'm sorry I don't know if we were watching the write show but when most angels walked away with 5-8 minutes of footage each and Adriana ot barely 3 amazes me how it was her show.

And happy I wasn't taking any hits at KK but I was just stating the hard facts that things add up to her not being an angel anymore...

Alessandra deserved attention for her body, and Adriana deserved it for her fantasy bra and she deserved some recognition for her 10 years, they gave it to Heidi...there was no excuse for Adriana not to get it.

But this was def Miranda, Heidi, Selita, and Marisa's show.

I do like the intro's this year much better than the girls doing the same thing...and they need to do something because once again the finale was cut to shreds, and it use to be quite a bit longer.
