to be honest, The Kiss Of Demons edit seems to be the only one that somehow challenges Tao's 'casual' look and in that sense brings something new to her palette as a model, as well as making some justice to the whole idea of only girl issue.
seriously, isn't the whole idea of such issues about celebrating girls in their versatility and uber-professionalism (that depends on girl's transformations and ability to deliver different looks/emotions/moods)? still it's great to see Tao getting such a recognition.
and as for Vogue Japan's decision of putting an Asian girl on the cover... well, i'm thinking of the previous 9 years of not doing that more. which is nothing but shame.
