Good year for Adriana. I'm happy for her.

Really? The upper part of the cover is literally crowded with the red masthead, her blue eyes, the heavy make-up, all the Photoshop going on, the cover lines in red and white, the mesh... While the other part of the cover is way emptier, and the lower part of a picture can handle in a better way visual weights.

I like the contrast of the red with silver/grey. I like the way they emphasized what this issue is about: Mode & Beaute. I like that there are only 3 headlines against the background and the image itself is left untouched.

I'm glad they did something different with Adriana other than the predictable sexy image. But it's a bit of a let down just like her VI cover. I think with a different photographer, this could have been better.

You need a special talent to make an original cover look like a reprint, and it's the second cover this year (Anna Ewers) that looks like a reprint. Not impressed.

^^Yeah, I find it tacky too. And I'm always surprised because many people think she's one of the most beautiful women ever but I find her features too "loud", and think she has an uglier than prettier nose (and mouth).
