Not really, it does a bit but it's still visible.

Nope, thanks to 3 years of braces!

no! i look silly when i try and smile with my mouth closed

How is the tooth to gum ratio?
HUMUNGOUS teeth, not much gum at all.

Do you have any dimples?
nope!

I have one dimple, so my smile is lopsided/crooked.
I hate it, if only it was even.

My smile is like that too, only one dimple and totally lopsided haha, my family used to laugh at me because of that and it made me feel self conscious about my smile, i used to avoid pictures or appear all grumpy looking. now i dont give a damn, the pictures look better cause they reflect the emotion i had at that time.

This particualr picture is awful but it shows what i was talking about.

I don't really like my smile because my gum shows... even thought its not alot and I have more tooth then gum I still don't like it as it makes my teeth look short and square... I don't know how to explain it.. People don't notice but I guess everyone picks at their own smallest flaws

Everybody here looks so nice when they smile. I look terrible when I smile... My face becomes really fat and chubby... My eyes turn weird looking too. That's why I only semi-smile in photos!

OH and, my top lip becomes even bigger when I smile. So it's a really bad top lip to lower lip ratio. Wtf.

What does your smile do for how you look/feel? For my looks it makes my cheeks really puffy, exaggerates my chin, and usually widens my nose (my main issue!) I don't usually like the way I look when I smile heaps, so I tend to only do it without realising. I never smile front-on in photos!

Do you smirk instead of showing any teeth? I used to smile showing no teeth... before I got 4 of my crooked teeth fixed up with veneers last week!

Currently in the healing process of rhinoplasty so i'm hoping *fingers crosed* that my nose widening problem will be an issue of the past once I get these bandages removed!

Well as far as my smile goes, when I was younger I used to have a noticeable gap after my adult teeth came in...then over the past several years it's gotten less noticeable gradually. I honestly don't know the details about dimples and all of that because I'm not paying attention to myself, it's sort of just an on-the-fly reaction

I have a gap between my two front teeth, I used to hate it, but I like it a lot more now I'm older. It has gotten smaller as my teeth have come in.

When I'm forced to smile, I normally smile more with the left side of my mouth, so it's a bit crooked. If I'm smiling naturally it looks more even. All my teeth are really straight (or so I'm told) and normally I stick my tongue out slightly between my top and bottom teeth when I smile.

i try not to give huge smiles, because it looks really bad(though i have straight teeth); but if i do, then i usually hide it behind my hand.
