i have the original version of free people's fit & flare lace dress (from last winter) and i don't think the asos one looks similar at all really? no more so than any other long sleeve lace dress anyway.. but yeah pretty much all of the asos brand stuff is "inspired" by stuff from other stores anyway

I ordered these in size UK 8. The pink one fits perfectly, the stripped one is a bit bigger (like I should´ve ordered a size 6). Both are ASOS Skinny Capri Jeans

Asos are very good with customer service, I have received a few wrong sized items a trench too big and a pair of shoes way too small as the shoes ran out of stock they did a full refund and didn't ask me to return them which was weird? I find most of the items high quality for the price, like seriously if you take care of the item and read the washing instructions your clothes will last for yonks!

Just a quick question. During the sale I bought some basics for my brother and I, but when I submitted my order it said an error had occurred, and it's not showing up under my recent orders... But I received a paypal invoice confirmation.

I contacted customer service but they're yet to get back to me. From when I've ordered in the past they normally send out an order confirmation from their email as well once you've placed it? I just want to make sure my order went through!

You should check your Paypal account whether you've really been charged. If not the order most likely didn't go through. I usually get the confirmation from Paypal right away, the one from Asos sometimes takes up to an hour to arrive. But Paypal never transferred any money without an actual order confirmation.

So I returned the wrong item I got recently and got a refund but I had to pay for the shipping myself. I though return shipping was free for everyone, too? I contacted their customer care early last week and did not get a reply I'm surprised by how unpleasant ordering from them has been for me, I usually only hear good stuff about ASOS.

^I think free return shipping is only available in UK...
*edit* just checked on Help & Contact page and in Our Return Policy it says "Returns are free for UK customers."

^Thanks, I ordered from the German site and it says returns are free within Germany, too. I'm from Switzerland though but kind of assumed it applied to my country as well. That kind of sucks because the amount I paid for shipping was almost the same as the price of the item I sent back. And it's not like it's my fault I got the wrong item

^it happened to me as well, I ordered a $10 tshirt in XXS and got XXL instead... but returning it wasn´t worthy it so now I´m wearing it as an oversized tshirt and as a dress with a belt+leggins LOL

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then send us an email to [email protected] and we will sort it out for you within the hour, with the right item or a replacement item being sent out that day.

Psylocke, free returns is not for my country but when the item is wrong, they definitely need to refund return shipping for any country. Just scan your receipt + order no. + CC information and email them. Make sure to tell that it was their mistake.
