So I returned the wrong item I got recently and got a refund but I had to pay for the shipping myself. I though return shipping was free for everyone, too? I contacted their customer care early last week and did not get a reply I'm surprised by how unpleasant ordering from them has been for me, I usually only hear good stuff about ASOS.
