I am so annoyed with them. It's been almost 3 weeks since I sent some things back and I still didn't receive my refund. After I finally had some personal communication with their customer service they stopped replying.

i am not really sure what people are thinking when they return items like that. i would never ever return an item in such a state. But some people seem to just not care.

i have to say i never had any problems with Asos before. all my orders or returns went smoothly so far. maybe it was just bad luck!

^Never had any problems with them either. Returns take a lot longer ever since returns are free which is annoying but not that bad. What's really irritating to me is when I'm dealt with like I'm some idiot when they quote their FAQs as an answer to an email. I know where to find them on the site, thank you very much.

I ordered this lambswool jumper yesterday. I really like the color but I hope it's just a little less bright irl.

^I think it will be less bright, colors are different irl than what you see on screen. I ordered skinny jeans that on screen looked bright pink but irl are a grape-ish color...

Only just noticed this! Mine arrived today, in cream, and it is very true to the image, colour-wise. One thing which annoyed me was a tag stating that wear will cause piling, which I think ought to have been mentioned on site.

Love it though, it is nicely fitted, not oversized like most jumpers, and extremely chunky and warm!
