Rep confirms: Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are engaged!

The day has finally come!

Life & Style can confirm that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are engaged!

A rep for jewelry designer Robert Procop, who collaborates with Angelina on her jewelry line The Style Of Jolie, told Life & Style that Brad worked with Robert to design the diamond sparkler.

Rebecca Moscal said that Brad proposed with the rock... and that Angie has accepted. "She is wearing the ring," said Moscal. "I can confirm that they are engaged."

In a statement, jewelry designer Robert Procop told Life & Style: "Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realized over a yearlong collaboration with Robert.

"He wanted every aspect of it to be perfect, so Robert was able to locate a diamond of the finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suite Angelina's hand.

"Brad was always heavily involved, overseeing every aspect of the creative design evolution. The side diamonds are speciality cut to encirlce her finger. Each diamond is of the highest gem quality."

Brad and Angie have recently been suggesting that they'd walk down the aisle.

"We'd actually like to," Pitt told The Hollywood Reporter when asked if he and Jolie had plans to marry. "It seems to mean more and more to our kids. We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to do it till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out. It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot."

Brad and Angie met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith and have been a couple ever since. They have six children together: Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Knox and Vivienne.
