I think many people agree with you, and I can say that I have encountered this opinion personally many times, offline and online. I do not think she looks as haggard as I have heard other people say, but so many people say it that I think I must be missing something. Maybe it arises from too much sun, too much smoking, too much drinking?

So Pip is there after all. I wish Jecca might be there too, and Prince William and Jecca hook up....

As for the haggard look, I think it is because all the elasticity looks like it's gone out of her face which makes her look old. Just like when people lose too much weight and their face looks too thin that can make them look old too. But Kate has bags under her eyes and her whole face just droops and considering there isn't much sun in England I'm guessing it's from the smoking and drinking (if she does that still) or it could be bad genes.

They're reporting that this is Kate's protection officer. If you ask me it looks like a ski instructor since he is obviously (see pic 2) showing other people in the class how to ski.

It can get hot, especially after you've been skiing in the freezing cold for the last hour. Last year when I went skiing, after I came off all I wanted to do was take my jacket off. In the sun it should be warm, as long as there's no freezing winds.
