Kate Middleton's little sister steals the show as the stars turn out for charity ball

She may be the lesser known of the Middleton sisters, but Pippa is also said to be the most outgoing of the two.
And in her daring backless gown the tanned socialite certainly stole the show at the End of Summer Ball in London's Berkeley Square last night.
Luckily for Pippa and the 850 party goers, who had each paid £700 a ticket, the rain held off as they ate dinner cooked by celebrity chef Marco Pierre White and drank cocktails prepared by restaurant Nobu.

All proceeds from the ball, one of the highlights of the London social calendar, go to the Prince's Trust.

Joining Pippa were a host of glamorous beauties, who donned their finest floor length dresses in keeping with the white tie dress code.

They included Strictly presenter Tess Daly, who dazzled in a yellow satin gown, and her husband Vernon Kay who larked around for the cameras.
