Catherine, Princess of Wales (Kate Middleton)

That's a nice picture of her. Too bad it's so small.

Edit: here's a bigger version of the picture

I really wouldn't classify Pippa as any form of celebrity and this is Kate's thread, so if you have a sizable amount of Pippa's pictures perhaps it would be best to start a thread for her exclusively

looks like the middleton family is bent on improving kate's image by announcing that she works for the family and sharing her charity side to the world. this is the article that came with the black and white picture where she looks fashionable chic.

Party Pieces launched First Birthdays at the beginning of the year with Kate managing the project and producing this year’s catalogues and website. First Birthdays is full of wonderful ideas from party decorations and tableware to keepsakes and personalized products for that very special First Birthday.

We are now very excited to launch our brand new Cherrypicked Collection which has been managed by Vicky our Senior Buyer. She has selected more than 400 wonderful products and developed a new catalogue and a website with Kate. You’ll discover hundreds or inspiring ideas to keep the children entertained from traditional toys and games, creative activities and room accessories to stocking fillers and Christmas decorations.

Party Pieces has kept up to date with the latest online technology and has developed a ‘common shopping basket’ which means you can now shop from all of our three websites, place one order, make one payment and receive one delivery… it’s that easy!

Kate has been the inspiration behind our involvement with Starlight Children’s Foundation, a UK charity that helps brighten the lives of seriously and terminally ill children by granting their wishes and providing hospital entertainment. This year Party Pieces will help support some 200 parties in hospitals and hospices across the UK. In particular, we are absolutely delighted to be working with Starlight to make sure sick children all over the UK have some much needed fun this Christmas. Being in hospital over Christmas is very hard not only for the young patients but equally hard for brothers and sisters and their worried parents. Party Pieces is honored to be able to help put the smiles back and help to give the family a chance to share a happy time together. We will be putting together Party Packs full of Christmas goodies, games and decorations… everything the nurses need to create a fun party for the children on the wards.

To be fair, they didn't announce it. Another forum noticed it on the party pieces website and drew everyone's attention to it.

For the Middleton's to actually create and put this on their website first, they are announcing it. Doesn't matter who took it off their website, they still wrote it and put it up first.
Anyways, it is a nice media tactic for them, I guess they must have read about all Kate's "bad" press lately for throwing the Roller Disco fund raiser. It's nice they are working with a charity though. I suspect this will improve her image a bit but the blatant "we'll show you she's not a lazy person.." media spin article is a little obvious.

More pics coming soon.

It's hardly behaviour befitting of the girlfriend to the heir to the throne.
But Kate Middleton has come under fire after being caught on camera using her mobile phone while driving.

The girlfriend of heir to the throne Prince William was seen behind the wheel of her Audi A3 hatchback with her phone clamped to her ear, along a country lane.

This kind of driving offence usually carries a fine of £60 and three penalty points.
And if someone had been injured, the 26-year-old could even have faced a jail term.

A spokesman for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, said: 'Using a mobile phone while driving is extremely dangerous and has cost numerous lives.
'Drivers are four times more likely to crash if they are on their mobiles.'

A bystander told the Sun that Kate, who has dated Prince William on and off since University, said she was 'going quite quickly.

'And you could clearly see she was on the phone.'
Last year it was made illegal to use a mobile without a hands-free kit while at the wheel of a car.

Please do not post news articles and posts that pertain exclusively to Kate and Wills relationship. We have a thread for that in Rumor Has It I know I can't catch all the posts, but any posts that deal ONLY with their relationship will be removed as we have a thread for that topic elsewhere.

It's weird - I didn't know thats where her family lived, one of my friend's parent's home is in West Berkshire. And of course the company put that up on their website, all of them do. It's the little "about us" section. Pretty normal to be honest.

Which news article are you referring to? If you're talking about mine that I just posted about Kate on her cell phone, that doesn't have anything to do with William and Kate's relationship. It's soley about her and her behavior. So I don't think it belongs in the "Kate and William" thread.

^^ Probably doesn't belong in a her style thread either, to be honest. Maybe just start a new one in Rumours :flower:? I think the one Meg might be referring to is one that was posted earlier speculating about whether their relationship is still going since he's gonna go into RAF Rescue training...something something . (I forget.)

I'm not sure what the "eyeroll" is about considering this thread has been allowed to go offtopic a lot more than others. And yes, I was not referring to your article ashcottmanor but one that speculated purely on their romance.

The eye roll is for Bahiyya, she should know what it's about and if she doesn't she can pm me and find out.

No, thank you, I'm too much of a scaredy cat . I was just noting that an article about her cell phone-driving habits probably doesn't belong in a style thread either because Meg brought it up about the romance speculation article. On the other hand I can see why some might not think it worth a whole thread. (Kate M. should have a general rumour thread, possibly, like a few other celebrities.) I know we don't often see eye to eye so I posted the flower to show I mentioned it in all innocence :flower:. (It's not working is it. What about a bunny :bunny:? Santa Claus :santa:?)
