The dress is very appropriate. She looks great and I really love her fascinator. Very si;ple and elegant.

I get that it's not about her, but some minor alterations to that dress would have made her look better (and less like an extra for some 40's melodrama). Shorten it to a below the knee length, and tighten the sleeves. It will still look respectable. Anyway, despite her being the bridesmaid, she's clearly stealing all the attention with that 2nd shot.

I didn't like the dress when I first saw it, but now I do. Agreed with others that it could have been better fitted.

I imagine she kept the skirt below the knee to avoid any wind mishaps. (Cuz we all know she won't weight down her skirts with weights to avoid flashing hazards.)

The last few outfits have been great, the nautical casual look is perfect for her (she should wear J.Crew more often, it definitely suits her) and that shade of pink was lovely on her. The best was the white McQueen at Royal Ascot, however - just gorgeous.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attends Wimbledon this morning (7.3.17) wearing a Dolce & Gabbana dress, block heel sandals, and a white bag by Victoria Beckham. She also had her hair cut into a longer bob style.

This is Kate’s first visit to the tennis championships as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club. The Queen awarded the Duchess the title after her 90th birthday.
The Duchess will take on the role of handing out the trophies to this year’s winners. Today, she will also meet the Wimbledon ball boys and girls as well as other staff including stewards and the medical team.
