.. i don't get it.. you write 920 euros.. (which is already - VAT and +50).. so some quick math..

even if i add on 20% tariff (184 euro) = 1104euro..

the tariff would have to be over 100% tax for it to = 1963 euros total..

isn't it 1045 (cost of bag) plus shipping (920)??? and that's 1900+ ??? i'm clueless about numbers..n very bad with maths.. pls clarify..

in the case you have to pay a tariff on your package when you get it in australia (import fee/COD package

920 (final cost you paid with lvr) x 0.20 (suppose import fee is 20%) = 184
920 (final cost you paid with lvr) + 184 (tariff) = 1104 euros

unless the sales tax in australia is more than double the cost of the original item (like if you buy something for $30, you have to pay more than $30 tax), its impossible for it to be 1900+

i didn't see that the 920 already included the shipping. what a deal even if you have to pay 20% customs fee!

aaarrrgghhh.. what's a VbV??? that thing is preventing me from purchasing the bag! it says to call the bank to lift the VbV in order to continue with the purchase... any idea?

this bag is becoming ridiculously hard to get!

Help! I just received my Paddy from LVR and the lock has a tiny bit of scratch/peel. I can see the silver metal. It's really really tiny and I could live with it but I'm sooo scared the peeling will get worst or even spread!!

I'm so disappointed because the hardware on my saddle bag is perfect!!

Anyone else received a bag from LVR with scratched hardware? Should I keep the bag and wait until the peeling gets bad than get it fixed or return it??

i would ask them WHY WHY WHYYYY anyway.. how tiny of a scratch are u talking about?

chic, you better let them know ahead of time to check the bag for imperfections especially on the hardware.

just to clarify:

bordeaux is NOT a 2006 color. It was an a/w 05 color. As well, star3777 posted pics of her bordeaux a few pages back. LVR's photo is inaccurate for color (if you check, you will see the color is done by computer)

Ya, LVR's photo of bordeaux is just terrible. It looks exactly the same as the choco brown but I think they photo shop it or something. Why they so lazy and not take an actual photo? I swear some of the photos of their paddys look so fake to me if I didn't know that LVR is really legit. That's why I want to see a bordeaux up close and personal.

I thought Star's red paddy is the "grenat"? Ok, I'll PM her to make sure.

they replied to my emails promptly. try resetting the time in your computer before you send your mail. sometimes with differences in time and day, your mail could post a day before and they won't see it. try it. it might work!

VbV stands for "Verified by Visa".. its a security feature that prevents unauthorized use of your card online. I think you can go on the visa website to set a password or sth to confirm your identity, etc. otherwise you just call up the hotline on the back of your card and they'll sort it out for you right away

thanks pinky! i've gotten over that hurdle.. n now the problem is that after i've done all that,.. i receive an error in transmission message. gonna try again later.. sigh.. this bag better be worth it.. hehee the whiskey has shown up again on LVR where yesterday it's only Bordeaux n Blue Clair... should i still stick to blue? i wear mostly dark colours so i guess the blue will stand out more?

yea i chose blue.. it's a bold choice for me coz i don't usually wear light colours. my colours are always "safe"... but the blue looks too good, my hunny and my sis thinks so too.. hope the blue suits me. i'm the typical chinese, with fair skin n black hair which is gonna be red soon...
