I hate to say it .....sounds like a fake. Coming from a paddy owner. ...Both bags have only the 6 digits. Where did you purchase the bag?

sorry, just woke up, and didn't see that you just wanted to exchange the lock. I think you should send the picture to LVR and let them know that you're not happy about the lock.

The second picture below is a very good picture from laurenhills. Very close to what it looks in bright light. When it's indoors or in a dim room, it takes a more bluey colour as shown in the picture from Chloe.com

Well, now I'm totally confused. I really like the pic of the tan in the baby size. But almost everyone on this thread is rooting for whiskey!!! I wish I could see the bags in person to compare.

i am loving the whiskey.. really the colour looks so warm and welcoming hehee .. but then again, you should go with what you like, not what we like...

Wow that blue one is gorgeous! Every one my paddington is last season GRENAT Color. The leather is thicker than my whiskey. The whiskey is super saturated in color ,just as squishy as last season but thinner leather for sure. I think it's scrunching up nicer than 2005 season. Almost like a summer bag compared to the grenat.....I will post pics from my baby paddington this weekend when I have a chance so you can see size difference. It's tiny!! compared to my other two medium paddy's. The Chloe tag says color BLANC and it is the thick leather so I assume it's 2005 aswell. It looks like a dirty ,vintage off-white, I was a little shocked, originally from Harvey Nichols Manchester. I did not know they sold paddingtons there?...anybody realise that?

It's strange and tough call. Originally, I liked the grenat better, definitely a 40% difference in thickness. 2005 season is more durable, yes, but because the other is thinner it's squishing more. More wrinkles as it ages than the 2005 season. When I put both down ...you hear the poufff of air ...they relax but the whiskey is saggy, yes saggier is the right word. I like it for spring it feels lighter( not in reality). If I had to choose one though, I would keep the grenat because of it's superiority in leather durability in the winter. Tough call, either way I don't think you can loose.

I don't know how heavy the 2005 paddys are but I am very grateful that the new paddys are lighter. If it was any heavier, I would not have purchased it. There is no reason why women should suffer the unnecessary load of a pretty accessory.

that's a good point hehee.. oh! i'm curious about 1 thing, will the leather on chloe paddy be alright if you get caught in the rain? or spill water on it?
