For Dior, he always delivers a few spot-on looks that make me want to see more, but unfortunately that usually turns into outfits that look like a real mess and just utterly horrible. The sequined dresses with pvc-capes and thigh high boots give me really fabulous vibes of what modern day Lacroix could look! Sadly though, the first thing I see is Lacroix, not Dior. Also those striped pleated full-skirts are a nice new take on the 50's new look. However he always seems to have too much filler looks and literal takes on his research, such as those catsuits, courreges-like little coat dresses and minis. All they say to me is a very seen-that-already modern take on these classics with a very strong sense of Prada/Miu Miu quirk. They look also a lot like the Delpozo dresses from a year ago. He should find his own modern and girly quirkyness that doesn't give us the Prada vibes.
