a couple of weeks ago i threw together the best combo... thick, cottony raspberry-colored tights w/nubby beigey-colored fishnets on top...

worn w/a taupe sweaterdress + tall flat reddish-brown boots, luggage-colored bag, it was really great and i got lots of compliments that day B)

just bought some eggplant-colored dkny tights w/a black lace pattern from the dkny outlet @ woodbury a couple of days ago that i'm dying to wear...

loving all of these pics, it's so interesting to see what you all are doing with the colored tights

Actually I think you can easily look like some sort of animal etc. if you wear certain tights with certain colors

I just found a pair of ribbed burgundy ones in my moms closet that she never uses I really want to wear them with something black and beige..

It's things like this that make me love winter so much more than summer. Add a scarf...maybe a beret and then (I know they are evil) but a starbucks gingerbread latte and I'm very happy.

I was wearing some today and was gonna take a photo, and I tripped over my cat coming down the stairs and SNAP (literally) went my ankle. Cat's fine, I'm a gimp (terrible sprain, possible tear, no broken bones though). Thank god I was wearing ballet flats. (On a funny note, one shoe went to the bottom of the steps, the other to the top landing ).

I once shot down a flight of stairs because I was wearing ballet shoes without any traction. It happened so fast and even though I was hanging on to the railing for dear life it didn't slow me down.

so many people seem to be doing the blue...
i feel like you have to be sort of younger to do the really bright colours so many of you guys like...
so have fun with it...
i used to wear royal blue in the 80's......

i don't think i could do it now...i wouldn't be comfortable...
