does anyone know where i get a top (long sleeve) like this upper part?

alike this one, but without the "jumper" part..

I want to wear it underneath a top or dress (unsure yet) to my sisters wedding. i got this lovely dress and this lovely top, but both are for the heat of the summer and her wedding is in april. will be too chilly to wear sleeve-less tops..

you are better off doing a DIY version of the MJ jewel accessories. i remember seeing a number of tutorials online on how to approximate them.
