it is Lindsay 100%, IMO. explains where all the cash that was stolen from her was gotten from since she's not doing a darn thing nowadays.

about Michelle and Heath, i remember that few months before he died, there were strong rumors they were picking up papers readying themselves to get married and i remember them not denying it, so i think it's possible they were secretly married, but the way this BI is written, it's making me think that this actress has a new spouse (hence the wording "first spouse").
