A selection of people from different fields wouldve been nicer. One model perhaps, but it probably wouldve been someone from the Kendall/Cara cusp.

Yes-- I would think that would have been more along the lines of Interview's style.

Madonna's cover is the best.
She just gets it all so brilliantly, and effortlessly.
Hers will be the one to get, and she's also the only true star and icon, in that group.

Oh come on now... I adore the old girl but she looks likes she's impersonating Kim here. And the Insta-filter she always uses that turns her face into just eyes, nostrils and lips isn't fooling anyone she wants to look like a 20-year-old trying to look 15. JLo may be retouched and you know that's the 75th (retouched) selfie her team took before she finally approved, but at least she looks like a mature woman.

You know, when M cooly took a self-portrait with a Polaroid camera in the beginning of Desperately Seeking Susan way back in 1985, that cemented her immortality as The Icon of all icons to me: She did it first. Had they paid tribute to that DSS Polaroid for the cover, I would bow down to Fabien and his team for acknowledging greatness.

I'll still buy this, because-- they're still the standard to me, even when they stoop this low.

Editors today are so completely lazy and unoriginal.
If they were going to go with this concept, then why not follow Warhol's, 'Everyone will have their 15 minutes of fame' comment and have readers submit selfies. Then choose the best six to ten and print those as covers.
Could have been a hell of a lot more interesting and with better results than what they have with a bunch of crapped out celebrities.

There's a different between nude and nude. If you look at Miley's pictures I was talking about on Mert Alas' Instagram, you'll get what I mean. It's not just nude, it's the poses and the whole attention-seeking.

It's all very tacky, the whole nude thing. More clothes please.

I personally find it degrading and disrespectful not only to teh art of photography, but also to customers, who have to see unprofessional, lazy pictures in a magazine. I do get that Interview is supposed to reflect the current trends and moods in culture, but isn't selfie so last season(s)? On a serious note, it makes me sad to see what we have all become...selfies in magazines like Vogue and Interview. Sometimes I want to step off of this planet, because I want nothing to do with the things I see
