i fixed the scratch w something around me, that i already have....a brown marker. looks good to me and im absolutely happy w the result.

Really great repair job, baby_yorkie. I can't even see any mark at all now.

caratjuice: They turn dustbags inside out before shipping to help bags pass customs inspection (in case the package is opened, they don't want CHANEL staring the customs agent in the face). I think if you liked the look of the Vintage XL, but want a smaller one, go for the one Jacky calls "large size".

shopaholic48: Was it you who was worried about the handles on T&D's bags? I wanted to correct myself because I'd said that they'd corrected the handles (the amount of leather between the cord and handle) but some of my bags have it right and some don't. If it's a deal breaker for you, you may not want to get a bag.
I looked at all my bags and it just varies. My aqua is correct, my VD isn't. Go figure.

babybluestar: thanks for letting me know! maybe the handles are handmade so one bag is different from another? i think ill just stick to buying nbfs from the tfs ladies so I know exactly what I will get. I know its kinda dumb of me but I just cant help obsessing

i am getting so antsy for amethyst. i got the impression from T&D that it should be done at the same time as argent/anthra soooo hopefully that means SOON! in any case i'm sure they won't ship my argent until amethyst is done since i got both...still trying to patiently wait to hear what their next colors will be as well...

Hi everyone...

Well, I am stoked! I had ordered an LV Neverfull GM (the Palm Beach one) from ioffer and it came yesterday (which also happened to be my birthday)!!

Overall, I'm very pleased. The details are generally quite good and the quality of construction is solid. There was only thing that stood out for me, which maybe some of you ladies could comment on.

When comparing it to my authentic LV's (Alma and Hudson), the monogram canvas is decidedly thinner and less stiff. Visually, it's irrelevant, but when touching/carrying it, it is definitely noticeable.

I don't own any tote-style authentic LV's (i.e. bags that have large areas of monogram canvas), so I didn't know if it was the sheer amount of canvas that was contributing to the apparent lack of stiffness.

Can anyone comment on this? Thanks!
