Boo. I hope the amethyst is brighter than the pics....I'll be really dissapointed if it's that rather flat and purplish pink. I want it to look the way it looks in the pics with flash....but I find bags always looks better IRL than in pics so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

The one with the accessories sometimes will not load for me (I'm on a mac) and gives me an error message, but the bags site always works. If I am at the office, we are using a PC and it ALWAYS loads on that. WEIRD. Just try back in a day or so.
On another note... Ladies, all of your bbags are lovely. Still waiting for a midday with GSH or covered hardware in a nice Navy or Raisin colour, so if anyone wants to bug them......

we should bug for a dark blue though. that's one shade they haven't done in a long while (they did ink, but the leather for that was hideous).

I've been bugging them for covered hardware for months but they say they have no plants to do it. I think they just don't get enough requests for it

This forum is torture - it's hard to resist all the bbag urges but on a student budget I must, for now anyway.
I hope T&D do decide to do Marine, but not for the next round of colors....in a few months time would be ideal

i'm sure they can, they just don't want to pony up the funds for a new bal when they already have a nice array of patterns/styles to work with. they wanted 15 pre-pays to do a brief and when we reminded them they've already done the brief, they suddenly decided they could do anthra briefs without 15 girls giving the go ahead. funny.

with the covered hardware though, it also may be too difficult for them to pull off.

The Argent is closest to the Argent , I think they got the colour right.

We still haven't decided about the Amethyst, the reviews are split. Some girls say it really is like authentic Amethyst, some say that it is more of a '05 Magenta (please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not sure about the year). However, there has been some variation in the leather of authentic Amethyst, so I'm leaning towards saying that it is more like Amethyst.

Annyway, I'm still waiting to receive mine, so I'll report back after I see it IRL.

i dont think it looks like auth. magenta 05, but the magenta T&D did before. i think they also have amethyst right this time, even the real one varies

if the pen marks are SILVER or grey in color, they will rub off with some leather cleaner.. or (not to be gross) saliva.

The pen marks are dark blue. I have tried a baby wipe (gentle start), my Apple Care Cleaner (no luck there). Then T&D told me to try pure alcohol so I tried that very cautiously with a cotton bud..... No luck there either. I tried it once more this morning and the colour just started to lift off onto the cotton bud so I quickly stopped and left it.

I know EB was made a while back.... I think at the end of 2008 from reading the thread? Am I right? I think the ink marks have been there for months so are dried deep into the leather. I think I need the A Team on this one..?!
