pixellated: is that your bag? Is it maldives? My monitor makes it look like Vert D'eau. Regardless, it's lovely.

MaLena: I think my zippers might be fake too. I only have a GGH bag but I say this only because it's almost like they are regular zippers and they dipped them in "gold juice" or something. Yeah, gave them a gold bath. Not that there's anything wrong with gold baths! Maybe the RH bags are different? My old (circa 2005) Le Dix from Jacky has what looks like more "authentic" looking zippers. A casual observer of the bag would not notice this detail, but maybe someone with an auth GGH bag could confirm this.

the color of GGH has always been off. the auth. also bathed in gold color coat i believe as i've seen they chipped even with Auth. bags. NBF's zippers are marked with lampo but not real lampo (or whatever being used by balenciaga - who knows which is real, lol)- the teeth are different (look and feel)

please, people, dont process on and "oh, how off, i wouldnt order GH bag from now on". the off are very small, obviously you can tell by just looking at it, possibly if u put them under the microscope *peace*

sanitizedfashion; you mentioned a while back that you wished someone did the Chanel you wanted? I can't remember exactly, but was it something from a few seasons ago? So what is your HG bag? Is it a jumbo/vintage flap? I like Chanel but not enough to feel that I could use it as an everyday bag. I could for sure wear a classic flap, timeless clutch or kelly style for a special occasion. (the kelly is like my favourite chanel).
I am really partial however, to a bag from several seasons ago called, I think the Chanel Noe. I think it was heavily repped although I've never seen anyone carry one. comments?
