Jovovich-Hawk for Target

I went to my local Target yesterday and they did not have anything out.My sister ask someone that worked there and she said that they had not got anything yet.So my guess is that I will have to wait till Sunday:(

does that ruffled vest come in different colors?
la paz, everything looks really nice on you.:flower:

Those sundresses didnt look good on me either & I do have small boobs. The straps were to long & my boobs almost came out of it lol. It just looked a bit silly on me even if it didnt do that.

I loved that black top in post #233... I wish it would have been a mini dress though.
Im loving the look of the cream dress in post #234... something else we dont have yet.

Has anyone seen the highwaisted jeans? Im really anxious for those!

more pics from ebay. the crosshatch dress looks really nice. i love the sleeves on it. i wonder if it comes in more prints...

la paz - both dresses and the vest look awesome on you! I esp. like the cream dress.

I can't believe ppl are already posting on Ebay :(

I am heading to my Target to see what is in stock. Will take pics. if I see anything. Hopefully the pieces will be online soon!

I really like that cross hatch dress... I hope they have that one next time I go (probably Wednesday). Im trying to find a nice dress to wear with my Minnatonka boots... the ones that have the fringe in the front & down the sides with the little studs. I have them in brown.

I dont know if that cross hatch dress will go but maybe one of the dresses will.

lucy92 and mona13...thanks for the kind words!
i didn't see the crosshatch dress in any other prints. the only vest i saw was the one i bought - it's 100% linen, but has a denim look. i saw some wide legged jeans, but they had studs on the back pockets that i wasn't too fond of. i also saw a pair of cream colored high waisted pants, but the quality didn't look that great either- they looked like they were made of a thin khaki material. IMO, the dresses and the ruffled shorts are the best deals.

I am visiting my parents this weekend and I just got back from the Target. Alot of stuff was already picked over!!!! They just had a lot of Small and XS.

I tried on the grey dress in #233 but I needed a larger size and they only had the one dress left. I also tried on the wrap dresses and they fit strange in the boob area.

I bought a black and cream blouse like the cream one in post #240. I really liked it at the store but now that I am home I am not too sure about it.

I also tried on all 3 bikini's. They had the flower one, the polk a dot one and they had one that was black with cream stars and stripes. I didn't like any of them =(, this could be due to I am not in bathing suit shape or frame of mind to be trying any on right now. I think the polk a dot one was cute but not very comfortable and the flower one, I liked the style but not the print.

I wanted to try on the cream dress but they didn't have anything over a size 5 there.

There was no jeans or any of the tees at this store. The denim skirt is way shorter then in looks in the photos.

Oh and the black and cream polk dot dress looked very cute but they only had size small left so i tried it on but it went up my armpits too much. On my way home tomorrow I'm going to stop by a different Target and see what they have.

I just went to Target and spent way too much. They had literally everything out from the collection. I tried on quite a few things. I wanted to love the high waisted pants but they didn't do anything for my figure. They were way too long and my butt was too big to get the full high waisted effect. :(

That aside I really loved everything and it was hard to pick what not to buy. I wanted the white floral dress but since I'm still nursing the square neckline isn't feasible. As a compromise I bought the white tie blouse with the same floral accents. It is super 70's looking and fantastic. I ended up buying both smocked dresses...love, love, love, but I am a huge smocked sundress girl anyway. I noticed some people here saying the straps were too long. Well I almost didn't notice myself that there are adjustable button holes on the back of the straps.

So I bought the two smocked dresses which are super comfortable btw, the blouse, and the two vintagey tshirts. I would like to get more but that alone cost me over 100 bucks.

I gotta say that I've followed GO from the beginning and I regret buying some things in the past that were not so much me but things I felt compelled to buy because they were such bargains. Well this is the first collection that truly reflects my boho/vintage/hippie girl style. I have to also say that many of the fabrics are very delicate and have a vintage feel. Kudos to the whole collection!

As for sizing, I am a very short and curvy gal so I did have to buy larger sizes which is expected. I think the key is to find what pieces flatter you. The flowy dresses should really flatter anyone. The jeans and short shorts are a no go for me.

I'm assuming that the Target in downtown Brooklyn is useless as usual, so I just ordered the following. Some of it will probably go back, but I usually just order whatever looks cute and then return what doesn't fit and what I don't like. I kind of guessed on the sizing, but the dresses are all kind of baggy styles so hopefully they'll fit.
