Of all of the collections thus far, this one is my favorite.

I went Sunday morning to check it out and already there was a swarm of women around the collection. I bought a blouse, the Art Nouveau style t-shirt, and a skirt. I liked all of it and it was hard for me to figure out what, of all of the stuff that could fit me, to buy.

Tell me about it. Jovovich-Hawk needs to learn how to use subtle references in their pieces, instead of making their inspiration blatantly obvious.

It depends on your figure. They didn't work for me because I'm short and very curvy on the bottom. The high waist effect was more of an above the butt crack effect for me but again, I have a pretty big backside, lol. I thought the tailoring was nice but better for someone who is tall and less curvy....kind of like skinny jeans.

Same here And, yes, it does depend on your body type because some of the dresses may look good on a thinner person, who has no curves, but people with a curvy body, well, it will end up making you look 10 times bigger

though many of the ones I liked were out of the small sizes.. my pics

the lurex/metalic dress comes with different color too, I got the other color which is black/white stripe/gingham?
if you live in OC, try to go to the one in Tustin Marketplace, everything is out, i mean EVERYTHING!

I live two minutes away from there. Sigh. I'm going to the Spectrum tomorrow. Let's hope.

Im loving those shorts & the sheer polka dot dress & the halter dress... I NEED to go back on Wednesday & try more on. Hopefully they will have everything by then.

Yup! I got the polka dot bikini, it is so cute! And not bad for the price. They also had these one piece swimsuits...

On saturday afternoon, I stopped in target to pick up some gift wrapping paper, I walked past the clothing area and the first thing I saw were the print dresses all stuffed in a shopping cart. I recognized it and immediately knew it was the JH collection. There were 4 carts filled with the JH clothes including the denim bags and black floppy hats. I'm guilty! There was no one around so I dug into it. This by far is the best GO collection. Most of it was well made with quality fabrics for the price. I bought all the dresses except the black tier dress, lace v-neck dress, halter dress, and the wrap dress. I have c cup breasts and found those dresses to be unflattering. Btw, someone mentioned the straps were too long on the smock dresses... They are adjustable. I am 5'5 and 110lbs and bought all the dresses in size S and 3, while all the tops in size XS. I think the clothes looked better fitted. The collection runs big. I bought the blue linen ruffle shorts in size 5. Also, I bought the matching blue linen bag and black floppy hat. Those are really cute! I especially love the bag! I didn't see any other accessories. When I came back on sunday to see if any more was put out, the hat and bag were gone. So I don't know if it was on accident that they were sent there in the first place. Someone mentioned that accesories are only sold online?

Overall, I liked 70% of the collection. I picked up 7 dresses, 6 tops, shorts, bag, and hat. I love the stuff I got and can't wait to wear them when the weather warms up. It's perfect for spring and styled right no one would guess it's target. I really think JH did a terrific job staying true to the whimsical style of their original line while keeping it affordable. I don't think this collection is for everyone though. It's definitely youthful and humorous. The rest of the stuff I didn't care to buy was still cute, but nothing special and will probably go on sale. The only thing is that there are only about 6-8 pieces of each design, so the sizes are very limited... Only 2 XS, 2 S, 2 M, etc... After one day at my target, most of the desirable items were available in L and XL. It looks like people are buying this collection up fast.

ahahah ...5'2 is ok , my sis is 5'2 , she wears 4 inch heels with jeans , and she looks fine . 5'2 isnt that short.

I went today, and was kind of underwhelmed =( but perhaps it was because my Target didn't carry a lot of the stuff I was interested in seeing. I'm going to go to a larger Target over the weekend, and hopefully find stuff there.

ETA: Everything I did try on seemed true to size. I'm a size 4 in dresses, and I went up to a 5.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the things I tried on! Most of this collection was not to my taste but it was nice to see that they were made better than some of the previous ones. For those who tried on the linen shorts, did they run super big? My Target doesn't have them and the target.com reviews are mixed.

i looooove a lot of the stuff in this collection but as people mentioned, i went on the second day and only big sizes were left!

I loved that maroon patterned 1-piece but unfortunately the torso seemed short on it (maybe I have a long torso) so the waist stretched out and I looked like a rectangle.

Hahaha! I know what you mean, I never go swimming too! But it's rare that I find a bikini that suits me, and besides it was pretty cheap so I just went for it! At least I have a suit ready in case I end up going to the beach!
