lucy, do you think that target is trying to project a more selective public image? i know what you mean about the quantity...also, i felt like all the fetherston items were kinda similar and just blurred together in a mass of girlishness.

We havent got more the loose fitting dresses yet or the jeans & pants. I dont know if this means we wont or what. Im going to check the other Target today in my last effort to get something. I will keep an eye out when I go to the Target near me in case they do get new things in but this is the last special trip I make for the collection since I havent had much luck.

It's good for what it's going for- very bohemian and whispy- but I don't think they're swimsuit designers. I would have loved to have seen what Proenza Schouler would have come up with in the way of swimwear.

^^ Strangely enough the swimwear doesn't look too bohemian too me. Stripes, dots, etc don't really have that look, but they're very appealing and commercial, sorta target-y.

I'd have loved to see a ruffled floral bikini of some sort..

FINALLY found something I LOVED!!! I got the crosshatch dress like in post #240. Its so cute on & not over the top at all... comfy too. Im going to wear it with my Minnetonka fringe/stud boots for a hippie look.

They still didnt have all the dresses or the jeans.

I saw the collection in store today -- it's all very very cute. Target really has some cute things out for Spring/Summer I was pretty impressed, not just with the JH line iether.

For those who tried on the linen shorts, did they run super big? My Target doesn't have them and the target.com reviews are mixed.

i thought they ran true to size.

I love that dress but it (and the other two I ordered) are going back I think it looks great on you, eleria, but it was too frilly for me. Too bad -- I totally love the print. I wish they had done other pieces in it.

i thought about trying it on, but wasn't sure if it would be too short and decided in the end that my closet is already stuffed/overflowing with dresses..

Thats my dress... I LOVE it. It comes just above my knees though since Im only 5 foot.
