TMZ is reporting some unsavory things about this man.

wow. i was just reading all of them and it seems like new stories about this doctor are coming out on a regular basis. somebody's gonna get sued.

So tragic. Kanye had an amazing relationship with her.

Wow, that video seriously broke my heart. There relationship was truly wonderful. What a sweet, sweet son he seems to be. I can't even imagine his grief right now. I wish him the best.

of course this doctors skeltons are coming out, i mean doesnt that ALWAYS happen when something misfortunate happens. I mean his mom had DOCTORATE she wasnt STUPID by any means. She was the chair of the english dept at chicago state, she was intelligent im POSIVITE she researched him BEFORE going into surgery, im sure kanye and his team or who ever his handlers are assisted her in looking into this doctor before proceeding with it. I dont think its fair that people are slamming the doctor, we dont know the facts, he could have done his job to the T, but we dont know what happened, she could have suffered a heart attack or went into cardiac arrest etc etc after surgery from a condition she might have or may not have known about. sh*t happens. She was MEANT to pass this way. things happen for a reason, its very detremental on both sides. kanye lost him mom and a doctor is now going to be held accountable and sucruitnized for KILLING kanyes mother. what a shame on both sides.
I feel horrible for him though, i have seen him perform and was even at his pre mtv performance the night before the show and he is a nice guy, humble even though thats not what he sometimes comes off being..i wish him the best in life, i cannot even imagine first being abandonded by my father at 3 then having my mother taken away from me...i cannot even fathom it.

But it's already been proven that a top surgeon deemed her completely unfit for surgery. Also that he has had mutiple misconduct suits and LOST.

^previous misconduct suits usually have 0 bearing in court and are irrevelant to this case.

hypothetically, her party could be helald responsisible if she was already given a warning telling her she was not fit for the surgery.

i just dislike how the media is all over someone when they could have just been doing their job ie. like the docs involved in the anna nicole smith case...

With a reality show I don't think it's a good excuse for patients to believe that the so-called professionals offer the best care and treatments. But his show was aired on Discovery health channel which is known for its educational, social issues, health, lifestyle documentaries and etc, programs not exactly like the regular programming on non educational networks.

TMZ reported that he worked above Kinko's and Quiznos which is the last place I expect a "top" surgeon to work. Rumors are still flying around and not much is known but allegedly Dr. Jan Adams left a sponge in her after the surgery. I feel bad but Donda West was warned about complications and for making a misjudgment she died.

But if a plastic surgeon refused to operate on a patient then some patients will look for another surgeon and finding surgeons with lower standards aren't so hard to find. Only time will tell if they'll actually have a case against him.

I feel bad for this tragic death. I hope Kanye pulls through ok.

As for this doctor who performed the surgery. I feel bad for him too. I feel bad for both parties involved.

It says on PHilton that it was in Paris, he already ccancelled his show in Amsterdam not so long ago. The show was the first off his European tour. May she R.I.P.

She could have lived for another 30/40 years, yet her vanity killed her. Tragic.

A bit harsh, I think the surgeon probably killed her.

Has anyone heard what Oprah's excuse was for booking such a shoddy plastic surgeon on her show? She had him on as an expert.

She wanted to enhance how she looked. She was told that she wasn't fit for surgery, wouldn't take no for an answer, ended up dead.

How do you know she wanted to go through surgery for vanity purposes only? maybe she was having back problems with having big breasts? Im a natural 38dd and I have back problems and hell, im only 25years old. speculation by the media doesnt count for sh*t in my opinion. And it was only reported by one doctor that he supposidly denied her the surgery she wanted, when bad things happen..EVERYONE involved wants to cover there ***es so that doesnt surpirse me. The west family hasnt spoken so I dont think its fair to judge either way.

I must say though, that doctor Jan..went onto larry king the other night just to take up air time and say how he supports the west family and respects their wishes not to talk..sh*t id be sh*tting my pants if I had just killed a hip hop moguls mother too...

anyways, ive always loved kanye...wish him the best in life.

My mum has huge breasts and she's said that although she'd like them smaller, she's not willing to put herself through the unecessary risk of surgery.
