her lips are making me feel embarrassed for her- no small feat. and botox in the forehead at 24? i mean, it looked like she needed it, but getting it this young is going to set her up for a lot of problems in her 30s, like her eyebrows falling. i feel like she just should have tried microdermabrasion or something, at her age. oh, but those lips really preclude anything else there is to say about her right now.

The lawyer for the woman who accused Lindsay Lohan of battering her says he's been told ... if his client submits a declaration to the D.A. stating she's not pursuing the case, the investigation will be dropped ... And she just submitted the declaration.
Dawn Holland, who has been fired from Betty Ford, says in the declaration -- obtained by TMZ -- "I do not desire Ms. Lohan prosecuted for the events of December 12, 2010," adding, "I will not answer any questions to any policing or prosecutorial agencies regarding the events of December 12, 2010."
Holland's lawyer, Keith Davidson, tells TMZ, the D.A.'s Office informed him today ... if such a declaration were filed, the case against Lindsay would be rejected.
The declaration follows an angry letter Davidson sent to the D.A., scolding prosecutors for trying to interview his client after she repeatedly told them she wanted nothing to do with the case.
The D.A.'s Office had no comment and says the matter is still under review.

Donald Trump must be taking this whole "maybe running for president" business seriously. He's showing signs of having a conscience.
The Trumpster says he considered adding just-out-of-rehab Lindsay Lohan to his upcoming season of "Celebrity Apprentice," but decided against it because "it's not the right time."
This decision came, he said, after he talked with Lindsay's parents, Dina and Michael Lohan.
Being the serious and nonjudgmental journalists that we are, we will refrain from assuming that Dina went into Trump's office shrieking that her cash cow was drying up and needs a new gig now!
"(The Lohans) approached me, and we did talk about it. It's just not the right time," Trump told Life & Style magazine. "Lindsay has to straighten herself out first. "... It could happen in the future, but right now we need to see Lindsay get straightened out."
Translated: "I already have enough trainwrecks on this season to satisfy the all-important freak-show demographic."

I'll bet the counselors at Betty Ford are thrilled with her progress- stupid cosmetic procedures, restarting a proven toxic relationship, moving to a huge party center, shopping all over the place, hitting the bars with friends- changing people, places and things, just like they told her!! She has finally heard the message, gotten serious about her sobriety and she is a new girl, no doubt about it!! The Vegas line for relapse is what- maybe two weeks??

^ Yup...I was thinking that none of these high profile (and expensive!) treatment centers are going to want anything to do with her now- she has made them all look totally ineffective... That one time a couple of years ago, there was a short YouTube video and she really did seem like a different person after getting out, calm, friendly, coherent- but this time...
