All I can think of is what do the girls in Cell-block 'D' (which was to be her home for all of these six months of 'intensive treatment') think of what the court has set up and seen every night on Access Hollywood? Lindsay must be really popular there right now...As much as we can be turned off by Lindsay beating the system yet again, what about the Judge, court and treatment facility who are being disgraceful once again? If Lindsay had served her sentence in jail (for once) all of this kid glove treatment would be much easier to take....

With Willie Nelson's movie looking less likely, Lindsay's next fantasy project is Black Friday 3D.

A couple is viciously assaulted while vacationing over the Fourth of July weekend; authorities find Diane in the throws of death and evacuate her to the hospital. The local authorities proceed with an in depth search that holds no evidence of the attacker. Diane's older brother Kevin enlists the help of four college friends to seek out the elusive masked murderer. As their search progresses the youths come across a remote lodge that holds pure hellish terror and the friends soon find themselves face to face with the infamous serial killer Tyler Hillburg!

This movie is going to be so bad even the dog from Inferno wouldn't want to be a part of it. First sign: the director/writer/producer & Dina's business partner is promoting it himself on the imdb forums (where the current hot topic is 'Her breasts are REAL').

The funniest part is the people behind it claim it will have a budget of $10,000,000. Oh, and the scriptwriter recently wrote and acted in 'Strip Club Slasher'.

This thread should just be renamed the "I hate Lindsay Lohan Thread". Even the slightest positive news is ridiculed and mocked (or not posted). The girl is just going shopping, what is so wrong with that? She probably got the check from that Kira-whatever campaign and wanted to celebrate. Who hasn't done that on payday? Plus, it's Black Friday/start of the Christmas shopping season. And her financial situation has probably changed since claiming poverty because she's not in BF anymore; she's able to actually work (and the paps probably pay her for things like those gym shots).

Though he continues to root for Lindsay Lohan’s recovery and success, Inferno director Matthew Wilder admits that his decision to recast her starring role has given him some peace of mind. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Wilder discusses his choice and his new leading lady.
Wilder recently brought in actress Malin Akerman to replace Lohan in the movie based on the tragic p*rn star Linda Lovelace. “I love working with her, she is sensitive and hard-working and I think it’s a great decision for our project,” he said about Akerman.
With Lohan, the production had to endure many costly delays due to the actress’ ongoing personal and legal struggles, including her ongoing rehabilitation treatment at The Betty Ford Center.
“I feel like 16 tons of weight are off my mind not having to deal with the Lindsay Lohan situation,” Wilder said. “We have not heard anything from Lindsay and her camp recently but we wish her and them well.
“I still think she has great talent and if she respects those gifts then she will go on to show people what she is capable of doing.”
Wilder says the the production is “scheduled to start filming in February now and are really looking forward to moving forward without any distractions.”

I have her as my choice for the lead. Script changes are to be made; the characters name is April, but seeing as though she just played an April (Machete), it's gonna be rewritten. It won't be another "I Know Who Killed Me (my career too, almost)"

Lindsay Wants Restraining Order Against Paparazzi

Lindsay Lohan believes she's being denied driving privileges because the paparazzi are constantly on her tail ... so she's asking her lawyer to get a restraining order prohibiting them from chasing her.

As we first reported, the L.A. County Probation Department -- along with the DMV -- have given Lindsay the green light to drive again. And Betty Ford was down with it as well.

But sources involved in the decision tell TMZ ... just when Lindsay was supposed the get the keys, Betty Ford decided it was too much of a safety risk to put Lindsay behind the wheel, because the paparazzi were creating an unsafe driving situation.

We're told Lindsay emailed her lawyer this weekend -- with pictures attached showing the paps following her -- asking the attorney to go to court for the restraining order.

Sources say no decision has been reached on whether a restraining order is a viable option. In the meantime, Lindsay is still stuck in park.

They are feeding her problem, not putting it behind her- being a 'celebrity' who does nothing is what got her into trouble in the first place! If she wanted to get away from the paps she could always go work on a farm in Idaho for six months- no court order required!...And I don't get any of this worrying about driving and new Mercedes stuff...my ex worked in a rehab and the treatment was intense and grueling; saying she is being 'reinserted into society' after a couple of weeks is ridiculous! This girl has a rap sheet as long as your arm all related to these 'things' and four failed rehab attempts, was up for six months in jail and now after a couple of weeks she is worrying about driving around in her new car!!? You wonder why she raises her middle finger to the system; the judge and BF should be ashamed of themselves! The odds against her recovery are staggering after the amount of failed treatment she has gone through- and now she is being treated like a little princess- again....

Lindsay Lohan is completing a court-ordered stay at the Betty Ford Center in Los Angeles, and she has been seen a number of times by her ex Samantha Ronson since she was admitted in September.

A source close to them both told E! News: "I've spotted Samantha there a few times, which is good. Lindsay seems to be in a really good head space.

"Not sure how to explain it, but she seems lighter, like a weight has been taken off. She's come to terms with how bad things got and no longer wants that for her life."

Lindsay is said to be making good progress at the facility and the friend added she is looking "amazing" and is working out every day.

Despite parting ways with the Linda Lovelace lead role in the upcoming film Inferno, Lindsay Lohan has plenty of career options on the horizon. RadarOnline.comhas learned exclusively that Dancing with the Stars has been eyeing the Mean Girls actress as a potential addition for the next season.
"Dancing with the Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of castmates for a very long time,” a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com. When asked about the news, a rep for the show said they do not comment on casting.
Though Lohan’s dubious history has been a sticking point for the show in the past, her current stay at the Betty Ford Center is producing positive results which have caught people’s attention.
“The producers were concerned about her erratic behavior, but they are taking another look at asking her to come on for the next season because she is doing so well at her sober living facility,” the source added. “The producers are aware that she would be available because she isn't going to be filming Inferno."
The source added that the ABC show would showcase Lindsay’s lesser known talents: “The girl can dance. Lindsay is wicked talented.”
Despite the allure of the hit reality show, the source stressed that Lindsay’s future will depend on what is best for her ongoing sobriety. “Lindsay won't be making any decisions about what she chooses for her next project without consulting first with her treatment team,” the source said.
“This wasn't mandated by the court, her advisors or medical team, but Lindsay has taken that step herself, which is a very, very positive sign."
One added bonus of the high-profile gig is the money. “It pays very well. Lindsay has very limited income coming in and this could help get her out of the red," the source said.
