Lindsay Lohan knows the drill dealing with paparazzi -- but one photog has Lindsay scared stiff.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... there's a photog who drives around in a Prius with tinted windows -- who follows her everywhere she goes, running up to her car and yelling at her every time her car comes to a stop.
We're told the pap seems to live outside Lindsay's digs -- he's there everyday and doesn't miss a beat when Lindsay ventures out.
Lindsay is convinced the pap is "psychotic."
Lindsay is so upset, she's asked her lawyer to go to court and get a restraining order against this pap and several others, but so far nothing's been filed in court.
And the paparazzo isn't Lindsay's only headache. Honchos from the Betty Ford Clinic moved Lindsay to a more secure facility because of harassing text messages and phone calls.

^ Well, you do realize Dina is a former soap opera star, right? That was after her successful careers as a Rockette, choreographer, and Broadway sensation...before she went to medical school and became a neurosurgeon and an astronaut! All while raising a happy family on Long Island!! 
She's amazing! OK, maybe some of the documentation for these things has disappeared, but we all know how the Lohan Haters operate- trying to discredit and tear this family down...

TMZ has learned ... the FBI is now in possession of threatening and harassing messages sent to Lindsay Lohan and other members of her family.
As we first reported, Lindsay has been receiving a variety of ominous messages ... some of which her people believe came from Britney Spears' ex BFF, Sam Lutfi.
Sources tell us Dina Lohan and Michael Jr. have also been receiving strange messages -- some of which badmouth Dina, others warning them to stay away from Lutfi and Michael Lohan.
We're told DiLo has passed along the info to the FBI -- the agency that worked with her on Ali Lohan's identity theft case -- and they're "looking into it."
'looking into it': sounds a lot like 'in talks with', doesn't it.

Lindsay Lohan's roommates had a party a week ago last Saturday night, and TMZ has learned the booze was flowing and the girls got in a heap of trouble.
We're told Lindsay and her roomies were staying at a satellite house at the Betty Ford Clinic. The roommates were "drinking heavily" and somehow the Betty Ford people found out and busted them.
The roommates were moved back to the main facility at Betty Ford, which has more supervision.
As for Lindsay, we're told there was no evidence she had been drinking, but we're told after the incident Betty Ford officials decided Lindsay could not leave the area for Christmas.
We're also told Lindsay has gone back to the main Betty Ford facility, not for punishment but for "intensive therapy."
By the way, sources connected with Lindsay are telling us she went out with two of her roommates the night of the party to a bar. We could not independently confirm the story, however, again, we're told there's no evidence Lindsay was drinking.

Ah yes- one of the basic tenets of treatment and recovery: Change the people, place and things that you used to do...Could be a new record- out with her friends in a bar and she's still in rehab!!

radaronline.comLindsay Lohan has been moved to a new location after a clash with a Betty Ford Center staffer who tried to reprimand the Mean Girls stars after she returned late to the sober house one night, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
While some reports had suggested Lohan was moved back to the center's main treatment facility amid fears for her safety, the real reason behind the sudden transition was a major blow-up with a staff member, believed to be a resident technician.
"Lindsay was moved to another property owned by the Betty Ford Center in order to preserve her safety, yes, but also to deal with any differences she might have had with anyone in that house," said a source, familiar with the 24-year-old's treatment.
The clash occurred in the wake of a booze fueled party which was supposedly hosted by Lohan's roommates over a week ago.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the actress' father Michael said Lindsay was getting her hair done "while the other two girls went their own way".
When the actress returned to the house just 10 minutes after her curfew, the technician ordered her to undergo a drug and alcohol test, which she passed.
However, Lohan was so angered with her treatment she confronted the staffer.
"Because of the way last Saturday night's incident was treated, Lindsay had an obvious clash of personalities with one of the staff at the house," said the insider.
"Between the incident with the apparent stalker and this difference of opinion, Lindsay was moved to another location to remove her from a potentially hostile environment that had the potential to undo all the good work that she has achieved in her recovery."
