Lindsay Lohan Finishes Up Rehab Stay

With varying reports having circulated throughout the day, Lindsay Lohan has finally been confirmed as having made her departure from the Betty Ford Center.
While Radar Online claimed that the "Georgia Rule" actress was done with her treatment early Monday morning (January 3), LiLo snubbed out the claims by making a statement to Gossip Cop reading, “I didn’t leave [rehab]." She then added, "[I'm] going to the gym.”
Since that time, Lindsay was discharged from the facility after a 90-day stay ordered by the court for her multiple probation violations.
The latest reports tell that LiLo has moved from her West Hollywood apartment to a new four bedroom abode in Venice - which just so happens to be across the street from ex lover Samantha Ronson.

Lindsay's New Beach House

Lindsay's renting the 3,100 sq. foot place in Venice, CA for just under $7,100 a month -- and it comes with 4 bedrooms, 4 toilets and an awesome view.

The place is practically brand new -- it was built in 2007.

Lindsay Lohan Faces Possible Probation Violation

The Riverside County District Attorney believes Lindsay Lohan violated her probation in the altercation with a staffer at the Betty Ford Center ... and if the Beverly Hills judge handling her case agrees ... Lindsay could go to jail.

As TMZ reported, Dawn Holland, a staffer at Betty Ford, claims Lindsay assaulted and injured her last month after allegedly violating her curfew.

Holland -- who has since been fired by Betty Ford -- notified authorities by a letter obtained by TMZ that she had no interest in pursuing a criminal case. But the Riverside PD now says the case will be submitted to the District Attorney anyway because police believe Lindsay committed a battery and therefore violated her probation.

One of the terms of probation is that Lindsay must obey all laws.

The Riverside PD is forwarding its file on the case to the L.A. County Probation Office.

Mother of The Year pleads for peace and privacy

After a 73 day stint at the Betty Ford center, Lindsay Lohan is about to be released from rehab -- possibly as early as Monday -- and her mother Dina tells RadarOnline.com exclusively she wants to avoid any trouble during her daughter's departure from the Betty Ford Center.

"I want to keep everyone safe and make sure there is no car chase," Dina told RadarOnline.com about Lindsay discharge from rehab. Lindsay has completed her court-ordered stay as of Monday.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Dina explained that the family had made "no definite plans for her pick up" and said reports that claimed she was taking Lindsay to a "secret location" after Betty Ford were not true.
"There is absolutely no secret place we have set up for her.

"I don't want to discuss her plans after she leaves Betty Ford because I want to avoid being followed," Dina told RadarOnline.com. "She doesn't need the stress right now, I just want to move on and have a positive year."
Paparazzi have routinely followed Lindsay and other stars as they enter and leave rehab, often creating a dangerous situation with high-speed car chases -- a scenerio Dina wants to avoid.

Lindsay, 24, is finishing rehab after first being sentenced to jail but Dina has high hopes for 2011.
"It has been a long two years for us, and we are happy that it's almost over," Dina told RadarOnline.com.

^ Awesome- must be nice to have so much money that you can afford to rent an $85,00.00 a year beach house when you have no visible means of support...! And Daddy (the one who is repeatedly taken to court for not paying child support) can loan her one of his very expensive cars to park outside; nothing says success in Hollywood like an awesome pad and a road rocket!! And just think- if she feels the need for the good old days, a 3:AM screaming match with Sam, she can always just stroll across the street!! That Lindsay- smart like a fox!!
Let's place our bets- which will happen first: Saggy bikini on beach photos; police called for domestic disturbance in the middle of the night; or appearance at latest Hollywood hot spot sitting in the back of the room drinking 'Diet Coke'??

^ No, it looks beautiful for the money, but wasn't she saying when she was in court that she was broke and couldn't pay for BF, and she had those people after her for not paying her rent for months, her tabs at Chateau Marmont and the guy who was leasing her all of those exotic cars?? I wouldn't be surprised if it is actually being rented by her managers company or something like that, you know- pay us back when you get your next movie or whatever, like the models do sometimes with their agencies, but she and the rest of the family live very well for people who don't work or pay their bills!!
And Sam being so upset about her being there- you just know this is going to be trouble...
