Hahaha omg I thought like they were neighbours but not THAT close! it's like it seems there is only 2 identical houses in the street and she picked the next one wich is not even 1m separated....

This is the exclusive video that officially confirms what RadarOnline.com told you first on Monday -- Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab.
RadarOnline.com has obtained footage of the newly-free actress at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills which was taken by an onlooker on Tuesday afternoon.
What’s more, the 24-year-old reformed wild child is seen hugging her Freaky Friday co-star Jamie Lee Curtis in the hotel’s lobby.
“I’m doing fine, it’s so great to see you,” she told Curtis.
Her father Michael also embraces his daughter in the video.
Wearing a checkered shirt and skin-tight black leggings, the star was in an upbeat mood as she chatted and laughed with several female friends before her father and Curtis arrived at the upscale hotel.
RadarOnline.com was first to report that Lohan was released from the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, after a court-ordered 90-day stint in rehab.
Lohan wanted to keep photographers away from her so she emailed RadarOnline.com -- and some small websites — to claim she was still at the facility.
But as we reported, this was a rouse to avoid photographers.
Lohan will have a sober coach to help her through her ongoing quest for sobriety and it is not known if the meeting with Curtis was by chance or planned.
In September, Curtis said of Lohan: "Everyone deserves a second chance and you can look back at your life and realize the mistakes you can make and repair them."

Lindsay's dad is WAYYY creepy, just like mommy Lohan. There's two possibilities.....

A) He likes photos of his daughter oversexualized like that ...or... B) He sees her as such an object (aka money maker) that he doesn't see his daughter in that photo.

Lindsay Lohan: The Cops Are Out to Get Me!
Sources extremely close to Lindsay Lohan tell TMZ ... Lindsay feels the Palm Desert Police Department is out to get her.

TMZ broke the story ... the Palm Desert PD tried to strong-arm the L.A. County Probation Department into coming to Betty Ford and arresting Lindsay last month after her scuffle with a BF staffer.

We're told Lindsay feels the PD is trying to torpedo her recovery, telling friends, "They shouldn't be negatively trying to hurt me when I'm doing the right thing."

Lindsay Lohan made it through rehab, but she can't seem to shake her obsession with Samantha Ronson. After renting a house next door to Ronson in Venice, Lohan was spotted in the lobby of the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. A spy told us, "Sam was also at the hotel that day. It's almost as if Lohan is pursuing her, especially in light of her renting the beach house next door."
But Lohan insists it's all a coincidence. According to reports, she's telling friends she had "no idea" she'd taken a house right next door to her ex-girlfriend until she moved in and spotted Ronson pulling in.

^ Yes, the saddest part of some people getting themselves 'straight' is that underlying problems come to the surface...of course, that is one theory of why people are driven to use these things in the first place...I found an interview with Jay Leno from 2005 and she looked amazing, so I doubt she was too bad off otherwise, but she could easily have been taken for a somewhat messed up young lady- very scattered...

Sheriff wants Lindsay Lohan charged with battery

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Sheriff’s investigators in California want Lindsay Lohan charged with battery for last month’s skirmish with a Betty Ford Center rehabilitation technician.
A riverside sheriff’s sergeant says a two-week investigation shows Lohan violated her probation during the Dec. 12 altercation. Results will be sent to the probation department and prosecutors.
Lohan returned to the center after curfew and refused rehab worker Dawn Holland’s request to take a Breathalyzer test. Lohan is accused of pushing Holland, who then dialed 911, and Lohan ripped the phone away and injured Holland’s wrist.
A Beverly Hills judge has said Lohan will be jailed if she violates probation.
Lohan was scheduled to get out of rehab yesterday but it’s not clear she’s still there.

Only way the BF employee battery incident results in consequences to LiLoser is if the judge who currently has jurisdiction over her calls a hearing to revoke her.

BF will have paid that former employee enough $$$ to keep her from testifying at any hearing at the risk of voiding their "secret" agreement.
