I wish they would stop asking established models about these insta models. No matter what they say, it'll always be misconstrued.

I realise that, but I've heard the expression "Instagram Model" floating around and I was wondering if this label is really akin to the fashion world or just another social media terminology that's currently "in"

Bingo, it's become such a robotic knee-jerk reaction. Celebrities are people too. They're not going to like every other celebrity or model and are free to express their opinions when asked. It's not like Alek just decided to throw shade.

Social media terminology is part of the fashion world (at least in my opinion). And I use the terms instragram model and insta model/girl interchangeably.

Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid all fit this description.

But think of someone like Alexis Ren. MASSIVELY popular. More followers than Karlie Kloss. Now she's working with legitimate photographers and getting work with Victoria's Secret, etc.

If you mean a model who has "worked" almost exclusively on Instagram and leveraged her popularity there to transition into legitimate $$$, then yes there are definitely plenty. Most of them are fitness models, though.

So rumor has it Chandler Parsons (basketball player) left Toni for Hailey Baldwin. Seems to be true after all, Toni unfollowed him and liked a pic on insta that was posted by an account that was spreading the rumor in the first place. Hailey posted 'partner watches' with what seems to be Chandler on her snap and a Halloween pic that is supposed to be him under the mask.

He's such a fame wh*re and I feel very sorry for Toni, she seemed genuinely in love and wanted to move in with him in Memphis.

I just looked up their ages. I didn't even realize Hailey was only 19! That's a 9 year age gap between them, so quite to difference. Let's get real it won't last. They're probably not even "together" just using each other for whatever reason. Toni can do better

Hahahaha, that's what I was thinking while reading all these 'Toni this, Toni that' comments. Let's not put her on any pedestals, please. Anyone, post Gisele, who pubicly dealt with Leo most certainly knew about much about the art of famewhring. Although poor girl, that union didn't do much for her career, so ultimately it was all for naught.

No, because there is only one reason you date Leo and that is for the perks. You know that you are just the blonde model of the week and another girl in an endless string of bimbos, but you do it for the paparazzi and the connections. I don't think any blonde model is actually dumb enough to believe they are going to have a meaningful relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio.
