^ it's not really that common for governments to order their populations by ethnicity... it's had more negative effects than positive ones whenever it was implemented in certain regions (e.g. Latin America in early-mid 20th century). Whenever this has come up in the US, I notice people seem outraged but.. different cultures/historical issues= different attempts for a solution.
I'm happy to hear France doesn't have that.. I thought it did. Of course they're struggling with the equation that integration is for every country in the world but they'll get there... we'll all get there [..just maybe not in our lifetime

And Brazilians. Like it or not, "Portuguese colonized countries" are also considered Latins. The thing is most of the Brazilian models are from German or central European ancestry not Portuguese. You find more native and/or Portuguese (or Spanish or Italian) ancestry Brazilian models among men.
