Model Behavior (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

i agree with this 100% i have been around all 3 of them .Kendi is just quiet if she don't know u personally then she generally sticks to her crew & that's it..never ever had or heard any issue with her..Bella is just amazing lol..humble enough..works hard takes her job very seriously but has fun..always keeps it light.always always polite..understands & loves fashion. Gigi i have grown to appreciate her especially over the last 2 years working closely with her at tommyxgigi..i think because she is comfortable around us she lets her personality shine more..u can tell she has high moral fibre something that i greatly appreciate..
I have been on set with these girls as well and been around them in parties/events.

Gigi is more soft spoken and you get the sense that she's really shy, so she comes across as very sweet, which no doubt, I think she is.

Kendall came across as more guarded and I think just growing up in the environment she was raised in has a lot to do with it. She's not very chatty or overly "nice," but she was in no way rude, in my experience.

I've seen models get branded rude or not nice for any number of simple things, like not taking pics with fans, especially if they're running late to another appointment, or not chatting, joking around etc...

Sometimes when I read replies like these I realize why I love this forum so much. Of course the bulk of these statements or experiences don't come with "proof" and we have to take them with a grain of salt, but most of you have posted insider information countless times before that one has no reason to not believe you. Giving you all karma because I love this way of civilized debate and sharing behind the scenes stuff that you cannot read elsewhere; it's truly one of the most important things that make this forum valuable and unique. :flower:

Another day, another scathing attack by a super on Kendall and Gigi. Someone should tell these women how bitter they sound when they say stuff like this.

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova, 52, hits out at the fashion industry for 'giving celebrities a free ride' and no longer 'creating idols' - as she returns to the London catwalk after 30 years

EXCLUSIVE Paulina Porizkova, 52, landed the cover of Sports Illustrated in 1984
She went on to enjoy a glittering career and walked shows around the world
The model said the industry has changed so much that she 'hardly recognised it'
Added that only girls who are 'already celebrities' make it in the industry today

Supermodel Paulina Porizkova claimed the fashion industry no longer 'creates idols' as she returned to the London catwalk after 30 years.

The 52-year-old star, who burst onto the scene as a teenager in the 1980s, admitted the fashion industry has changed so much since her debut that she 'hardly recognises it'.

Speaking to FEMAIL while in the UK for London Fashion Week, Paulina said that to be successful now models need to be celebrities before they hit the runway.

She said: 'When I started in 1980, the photographers held the power and you had to be nice to the photographers.

'Then, the models took over. We became more powerful than the photographers, the editors and, sometimes, even more powerful than the magazine for which we posed.

'It was the beginning of the model as a celebrity culture. We, through modelling, became the celebrities. Now it seems you have to be a celebrity before you become a model.'

She added: 'The fashion business no longer creates the idols. Now it just offers them a free ride.'

This week Czech-born Paulina closed the Jiri Kalfar show, her first London Fashion Week appearance in three decades.

But the model said it felt like 'riding a bicycle'. 'The muscle memory was intact, and the breeze and the view were fantastic,' she said.

Recently Paulina stripped off and posed with the word 'truth' written across her chest for a spread in the 2018 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue - 34 years after she first graced the cover of the magazine.

In an accompanying essay Paulina revealed she has reoccurring nightmares about posing for the publication at her age, explaining that in those dreams she is left waiting around in a bikini while younger models are being photographed in their swimsuits.

Paulina was just 13 and living in Sweden with her mother and brother when she was discovered. Her friend, a budding make-up artist, had given Paulina a makeover and sent her photo into a local modelling agency.

The image ended up in front of American founder of Elite Model Management, John Casablancas, who invited her to Copenhagen.

After a '15-second' meeting, Casablancas invited Paulina to Paris.

From there, success was swift and Paulina soon became Paris' most in-demand model. In 1984 she made history when she became the first woman from Central Europe to grace the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

It also led to her appearing in the music video for The Cars' single Drive, which led to her meeting her future husband, singer Ric Ocasek.

The couple have been married since 1989 and have two sons together. The family live in New York.

Well, Taylor's fanbase clearly want rival the much dreaded Beyhive because the comments are piling up like crazy on these images! They're calling her all sorts of nasty, vile names. Can't say I feel sorry for her. This was a cheap and low move.

That's actually a really childish move from Jessica.
Wasn't she complaining about Taylor and thats why she doesn't do VS fashion shows anymore? And now this?

It might be time to grow up...

Yikes at the Jessica pic... It was pretty obvious her previous jabs at Taylor was the reason VS stopped their long-time work with her. Shes digging her own grave here.

And not one, not two, but THREE separate pics of her wearing that shirt, just to shove it in peoples faces? Really? Im not a fan of Taylor, but this is so immature.

Oh God! How old is Jess? That behavior is not decent from a person older than 18. Sorry!

I guess Jessica Hart's hatred towards Taylor Swift is on another level now...

Is Magdalena going insane? I used to be a big fan but wow, she is more annoying every day. I've never seen someone with such an inflated ego.

Exactly... I'm so tired of those "b*tches here, b*tches there" posts/stories...

loollllll Magda cracks me up she is still the same way she was when 1st met her backstage at balmain ss09 .it's just now we have insta live/stories & all these apps ..but trust me she has always spoken like this ..:)

Magda could post a picture of herself modelling Primark dungarees and people would hound her with "yaaaaaaaaaas betch slay my qween" comments so I'm not surprised she's going with it aha.

I didn't find it scathing or bitter ... doesn't a tFSer post a variation on that, generally less polite, every day?

True, but a TFSer doesn't have a respested career and supermodel prestige that Paulina, and as such won't be quoted across various media outlets.

It's like going going around in circles with these women. The fashion landscape was different. You got a headstart based on your looks, contemporary models based on connections or followers. Boo hoo!

Did Magdalena get dumped or something? I just checked her instagram, lol at the "so grateful" since she walked only one show... bless her heart.

Is she still selling her old stuff on ebay?

I think it was just a thinly veiled publicity stunt. Jessica knows how to hussle, no working model that earns something of a profile in the media doesn't understand the power of throwing shade on social media. She's never reached 'supermodel' status like say Miranda or Gemma, but she's still one of the best known Aussie models.
