Yes, Balenciaga and Chanel are loyal to their girls, but a lot of new girls have to claw and fight. They both tend to schedule heaps of fittings (more girls than outfits!) and cut quite a few at, like, two am! Ha. No names. Dolce and Gabbana are pretty good about sticking true to their casting, which is nice! If I remember, they have a lot of input in casting, and I know Tomas Maier plays a pretty big part in his casting. He normally has a list of his 'go-girls' and then lets the rest go to agents.
