I think that the only thing Grand contributes in casting is shoving nepotism at every chance but other than cramming every it girl at shows the rest seem like Michelle's call.

I don't know if anyone agrees but I've found that awhile a lot of smaller NY shows bumped up their casts this season, some smaller London shows (for example: Sister by Sibling) who had a good cast last season, have really downgraded their casts. I don't know why they would do that?

yes that casting was perfect imo. Some bland girls but they were put in outfits that needed to have focus on the clothing
