Why can't they See what we see?

why can't casting directors,designers,and other people who hire Models...see what we see in these underated models?...I know everybody atleast has this one model who's underated (not in high fashion runway shows, High fashion magazines) your thinking she has the look,the walk, and the camara loves her..but she's not getting no work and your thinking whats wrong with these people

as i peruse these posts, you will actually notice that a lot of the girls being mentioned are being mentioned b/c they are as gorgeous as many of the A-List girls today so. .

Well as her biggest fan on here, I would definitely say Ms. Mandzhieva-she had an AMAZING Vogue Russia cover, and she's got a gorgeous face and body. She can look fierce or serene. Going to have to go with Cecilia Mendez and Mariya Markina as well, and add Sabina Karlsson to that list.

Deanna Miller. She is so amazing but I havent heard about her since a long while now....

Cintia Dicker - She is stunning and such a great model. Her editorials are always amazing.
Diana Dondoe - Girl is fierce and knows how to pose, but I guess she's almost too old now (25, I believe).
Darla Baker - Gorgeous and adorable and really strong in editorials.
Emina Cunmulaj - She is incredibly beautiful and quite a good model, but I rarely see her anymore.
Polina Kouklina - One of the most flawless faces I have ever seen.

Victoria Brito! Most often seem to just avoid her, citing her "unusual" look (you know, not your typical, emaciated Eastern European teenager). I find it really unique and beautiful. Also, people seem to think her blonde hair isn't natural, even though it is.
