She has the most chubbiest pear shaped body i've ever seen and she's always saying how hot she looks in skinnies! normally i wouldn't care (i say wear what makes you happy & feel comfortable) but maybe it's because she's like the biggest b-i-t-c-h EVER and that makes it difficult to find her attractive! does that make sense?!

I think people look good in whatever jean makes them comfortable and they enjoy. I don't think only those who are slender look good in a certain style of jeans. It's just about finding the right fit.

Recently, I find American Apparel slim slacks are the perfect fit I have always been looking for. The pants are long waisted (1inch below navel), slim fit, straight leg, no wash, so damn perfect for me, lol.

I have so many problems finding skinny jeans that aren't too skinny in the waist as well as the legs, or they are just right in the waist but too loose in the legs. grrrr

so i had an old pair of bootlegs that were great around the waist and i hit the alterations place and magic i have the best fitting pair of skinny jeans ever!! oh and the alteration only cost me $35. bargain.

Not always the case. I have a pair of Cheap Monday narrows , and im a 28 in them, but they really fit like 30s (they are cut two sizes up). In Cheap Monday skinny jeans I am a 28, and they are true to the waist size (but as a guy I like to size up only because they are so tight in the leg area).

these skinny jeans are not going anywhere, esp the crop length because no one will ever return to having baggy jeans hang out of their tight boots. ( i hope!)

never say never ........but wearing cropped skinny jeans with boots is more comfy and it fits better , i wear cropped siwy hannah . Actually the baggy look with boots is already coming with jodhpurs and harem pants tucked in boots , well like its sooo common now to see a girl with tucked in jeans in UGG boots ...its getting ridiculous. I think fashion isnt so much about what flatters as it is to be different , like skinnies look bad on 90% of most girls over 16 but yet they are popular , because until recently it was different , but now every other girl sports them , it loses its cool and uniqueness. In 2004 , most girls would never dream of wearing tapered jeans , now look . Now samething goes for high waisted jeans , people swore off them , calling them mom jeans , but now people are starting to adopt the look , stores windows are full of mannequins in high waisted jeans. The women behind all this ...kate moss ...same women responsible for skinnies meteoric rise , kate wore high waisted flares to the topshop show in fall 2006 and now look.
