Hey ladies, can anyone please let me know if there is any Topshop store in Paris? Ive just moved here and Im unable to find it in the store locator of their web but Im sure there has to be one in capital of fashion! Thank you in advace

Unfortunately, no Topshop in Paris! The project to open a store on Les Champs-Elysées never got through.

Do Topshop boots run true to size?, cause I'm a US 10 but there are only 9.5 and 10.5 available, I would love to go half a size down.. whatever makes my feet look smaller , but I'm nervous they won't fit and will be a hassle to get my money back.. what do you guys recommend?

for me heeled boots = size up
heels = size up
flats = perfect
flat sandals = size down

thank you, gossiping!, I see it's very much like any other high end store. I'll definitely go with a 9.5 as the boots are flat and kind of slouchy.

How does their sizing run in coats? I think I'm going to order a tall . . . probably in UK10 because I hear they run a bit big.

I finally bought the camel coat. I had the money finally and saw it in store.. Funny though cos I had to get a size 14 but it actually looks much better than the 8 i tried on cos it's longer too. I'm going to belt it anyway

no i like them in some weird way too and i have a giftcard to spend..nothing to spend it on though. topshop is disappointing me.

Yeah and saw them in the Oxford St store on Friday and they're so soft! I might just cave in and get them, I have no idea what I'd wear them with though

going crazy over here!! last friday i ordered the oversized boyfriend coat in a size 10 but it still hasn't been dispatched from their warehouse and just now I tried calling them to change my size 10 for a size 8 because it just got available again but their customer number doesn't seem to work.I'm from Belgium so i tried calling this number: 00800 5344 6666. But it keeps saying 'this number is not in use' ! and i can't find another number to call. Has anyone had this problem??

^i don't want to scare you but topshop's shipping service is not the best! i have been waiting for my parcel for about 3 weeks! and: due to their policy that international shipping is not trackable it could get theoretically lost and you won't even be able to prove it! that's what i don't like about topshop to be honest...but: i ordered a couple of times and it always arrived so far...

thank you for your reply. and yes, I entered the country code and still the same voice with the same message 'this number is not in use'
I just sent them two emails but I doubt they'll reply before the size 8 sells out..

For three hundred pounds, I'd have to see it in person first. Seeing that I live on the other side of the world, that is unlikely to happen.
