Has anybody tried the MOTO denim high waisted cut off hotpants? how is the fit?
I can't seem to find them in any shop

i got the studded ones and they fit in my normal size (which is rare, because i'm often all over the place in topshop)

I am super annoyed with Topshop atm. Me and Caroule ordered the Wisteria wedges on the same day, she received them two weeks ago...and I've heard nothing! The customer service SUCKS. They keep telling me to wait if they answer my emails at all, I've waited for almost an entire month now! I am SO angry. Has anyone tried anything similar?

I have lost a package! So now I'm very careful. Isn't there any other shipping method they can provide for international shoppers. Yeah, their service S*CKS! With their stupid automatic replied emails. When I asked about the lost package, they pretty much did nothing. Now my money has gown down the drain!

i paid around 300 for tow jackets which i never recieved,, and i emailed them couple of times and they kept tell me wait for 1 week , wait for another week and so on!!!
and they never return my money !!!!!!

That's so weird. They've always been quite reliable but then I live in the UK so much less complicated... Definitely open a dispute on Paypal. Topshop will never argue back and Paypal always favours the buyer. I did it with another company when I hadn't received the package and had paid by paypal and I got my money back

^ I'm in the UK too. I've never had a problem, sometimes I've had to wait longer than they've said, but generally I always receive my order. I would agree with loverunway, open a dispute on paypal. I've done that with another business and managed to get my money back. Paypal are definitely buyer-orientated and you have a better chance of a refund than if you are contacting Topshop directly (I'm definitely with all of you, their customer service is shocking at best)

WHAT?! OMG. Say it isn't so!

I didn't use PayPal, I used my MasterCard. Fortunately I can get my bank to withdraw my money from TopShop. Seriously, this is the last time I EVER order from them. F*cking *ssholes.

Yes, I did. After 2-3 months of arguing. But I got them.

How strange! I've had several lost packages now (apparenly the postal service here sucks) and they have refunded me the money each time without any problems. They just made me wait 3 weeks for the package to arrive and after that they transferred the money back. As a matter of fact, I emailed them on Friday to complain about the shipping to where I live taking so long and I mentioned I was still waiting on a package. I didn't ask for a refund, but they refunded me the money yesterday anyway. I just wanted to complain about it taking so long >.<

I honestly don't know. I really just want them to sort it out and so I can get my things. I won't be ordering from them until they get it together though.
