I thought the same. But who else?? These days most new models are a bit all the same and lukewarm in their skills. The few good ones are not pushed forward enough to be on the ‘brink of supermodel status’. I thought Lulu would kill this shoot- but she already did a similar one for British Vogue December issue. Plus she’s not that new on the scene. Then I thought about Karolina Spakowski’s brilliant story on the streets of London and THAT could have been a cover story introducing her as a top model to the British readers. But I guess a ‘white’ real model on a British Vogue cover is not a woke thing to do. Or actually, on this particular cover, you can be white but your parents/ancestors cannot *smh
