The image looks so pedestrian af! I’d mistake this for an instagram Holiday photo!

Also, see I told you. This magazine has a limited selection of WOC. Lupita Jan, Serena Feb. Don’t let 2017 fool you. There are so many WOC out there who are killing it, and Serena gets the cover because she got a child and she’s a favorite. Yup.

If only they had made this tiny angel laugh or smile, it would have been radiant and inviting. I adore babies and small kids, but they always look so awkward (logically) on magazine covers, with parents usually holding them as trophies.

I don't know why but I don't dislike it one bit. It looks pedestrian, yes, but that's what Vogue has become anyway. It works really well for the brand IMO.

I don't see anything wrong with another Serena cover, after all Vogue is about celebrating the best of the best, and she's the most celebrated and highest paid female athlete in the world! Anna is a huge Tennis fanatic, so of course Serena is one of her favourites.

I don´t think anyone is complaining about the cover choice but that the execution is terrible.

Always ambushing us with her Vogue covers! She's just so random that nobody would ever guess she'd get it.

Anyway, just like her last cover I find this one too busy as well. It's as if fashion editors are scared to experiment with Serena despite the fact that she's game for anything. I say this with zero malice, but the baby's got a very mature face despite being new.

Love this, sure it's not very Fashiony, but Vogue, and Wintour's Vogue is espeically very "lifestyle", so I don't mind this, it's such a beautiful cover image, they both look gorgeous!

I don’t dislike it as an image, I just dislike it as a Vogue cover. It lacks any kind of fashion element, at all. Which is a shame. She looks beautiful but sadly it’s all just a bit lacking for a cover of what should be a fashion magazine.
