The cover art is great but why did they make Natalia's hair like that?

ITA! The cover is great, I loved the neon font and the guy next to her is hot. But her hair ruins everything, she looks like a surfist.

Oh, at first i thought he was some guy from that movie twillight.. and even then i thought putting him on the cover was stretching it a bit..
Now i find out he's a complete nobody.. who the h*ll decided to put him on the cover? and who decided to deep fry natasha's hair??
I agree it is slightly similar to daria's cover - but that was perfection.. this not so much!!
