Probably because they ripped them themselves. It's not big deal, but there's an HD version going around on BitTorrent that is untagged if it really is that big of a problem to you.

Tagging is actually kind of annoying. Esp when people do it to their scans!

Anyways, I would def. suggest getting the BitTorrent version. The quality is MUCH better than the YouTube stuff.
