For me it's quite clear he WAS singing LIVE, if only for the fact that when Maryna slapped his butt, he laughed and you can hear it (although it's quick) in his voice! I know some artists pre-record 'live' performances but there is NO WAY this could have been staged!

But all in all i think the editing was not as bad as last year.
While girls were talking during a segment on the backstage tv screen you could see that a whole different segment was going on. So it was really messy to me...

Even if he did laugh after she slapped his butt, it could've just been that his mic was on. Some people lipsync and the mic is still on so they can add things here and there during the performance. Usher isn't the type of performer who lipsyncs though unless it's a show where they make the performer lipsync for reasons I don't really understand. Anyway, I can understand why people would think that he wasn't singing live because of the awful editing. Especially the first performance. It sounds too clear to be a live performance, but they probably messed around with it because the audience probably drowned it out.

they sure were. Even in their heyday when they sang live, they had backup singers. There are 5 of them! you shouldn't need backups.

And Usher sweats too much to be lipsynching. It was gross.

Adriana finally got to wear the fantasy bra! She deserves it! but as much as I liked Adriana this year I think every Angel deserves to wear the bra once! So I wouldn't mind if one of the other angels wears the bra next year

I know and if they do choose someone to wear it next year who isn't Adriana then I hope it's Alessandra because nobody else really deserves it.

I agree! Ale next year and than another Angel again! Anything new on KK's contract with VS? I'm mad at myself for not writing down the website so I won't say what I read, but if anyone knows and CAN confirm anything.. please do

Well everyone has favorites, especially the executives and depending on camera time, I'm sure you'll see more of somebody with "presence" or a "stand-out" when you barely get to see a model how fair is that to make a judgment on, and to be honest I'm already kind of tired of this angel line up , it's starting to feel tired and daunting.
I'd rather emanuela open than heidi, or marisa, or ale, hell let adriana open again, but even then it'd probably just feel like same old same old.
Hell give i to doutzen.

well, to be fair, i think that Emanuela definitely has presence on the runway. her walk is absolutely phenomenal. i think it's more the fault of VS for putting her in awful outfits and for doing her hair and makeup so poorly. aaaaaand that of the editors who didn't give her the proper shots to show off her mad hot strut!

i think she could be fabulous to open the show!

indeed, i mean look at candice's second outfit! (or was it the third) anyway it was during Ballet de Fleur
personally i wasnt too keen on that head flower or wtever thing, but she looks amazing!
