haven't been here in a while, finals week

but has this been discussed or mentioned? I saw a new version of the xmas commercial tonight in HD and they were highlighting some bra sale and i swear 100% KK was in it. She was walking outside up some steps, it was her face, not the back of her head.

I would if I had it! I was watching Ugly Betty and it just popped up unsuspected. I can tell you that they show miranda first, then Emanuela, then KK. I believe they leave out Doutzen unless she was towards the end. I was still in shock

For some reason I think Marissa will get the fantasy bra. Her stock has gone way up this year and I remember her doing the rounds for the SI cover and thinking she came across very cute in the interviews. Plus it seems like the people at VS seem to really like her.

Meh, she's not my favorite and I think Ale deserves it more, but I wouldnt mind if Marissa got it. Because it would make sense unlike Selita getting it last year.

I think the one you seen was Heidi...because I've seen pretty much all of them and none of them have KK in them, and all the girls that are in them are in the main christmas one......so honestly before I see it I'm going to have my doubts...but this still doesn't make me believe she's an angel anymore...like these are the ones I've seen..I don't think I'll believe it's her because I can't understand why she wouldn't be in the whole 60 second version and then all of a sudden she's a highlight once.

I wouldn't put KK and Doutzen next to each other but I'd have them really close.

Here is a vid from the CBS youtube channel that focuses on Doutzen. Apparently the silver metal corset that Candice wore in the 1st segment is Dior. The VS lady said some pretty powerful words describing Doutzen. She said " She is the one fashion model that transcends Vouge and VS, it's very hard to find someone who is super chic and sexy at the same time and is Vouge. We think Doutzen is very Vouge" It could be almost seen as a jab to the other Angels but I can't agree more with what she said about Doutzen.

Well I don't think it's a jab, because many of the angels started out high fashion and were on several vouge covers. Gisele, KK, Adriana had some, so I don't think it's a jab at all just a compliment to Doutzen

I saw the commercial with KK in it, too. I was surprised because of the way it's been talked about that she is all washed up with VS and because of the horrid way they treated her in the show. But, I was soooooooo glad to see her in it.
Ale should definitely get the FB next year, IMHO, unless she is having a baby again. My next choice would be Miranda because everyone knows her and everyone really likes her. (I'm talking about the buying public, BOTH men and women).
I don't see Heidi going anywhere because she wouldn't want to separate herself from VS for whatever silly reason. When she does go, that is when she will have the FB, on her way out.
I really don't care who has the FB as long as it isn't someone who already looks skanky in bras. I'll repeat what I said before. There are far too many Angels and some are not nearly Angel material. They are okay in the catalog but not good enough on the runway to be an Angel.......period. I know we all think our fave should be THE ONE but it's just not right.......Angels should be classy while being sexy.

Nah, horrible outfits has nothing to do with it. You cant blame them. If a model has a strong presence then she will have it even with horrible outfits.

Well that first comment is opinion, so it's irrelevant.
Apparently Victoria's Secret doesn't share your sentiments.
I don't think her outfits were that bad, and I actually enjoyed her more than you guy's beloved "Candice" who was great yes, but not my cup of tea.(yea opinion, but atleast I'm not name calling.)

I actually love Emanu, and if you think about it, her getting angel status isn't even shocking, she's already done loads of commercials with them, shes all over the catalogs, and after being in the show, getting an angel contract is the next step, theres nothing else she can do really.


now on this topic, I really want to see this commercial now.
